We had our annual Camping trip with our 4 & 9 year old grandsons. It was a perfect spot for us.
They lived the fishing and frogs! We spent time in the canoe and on the paddle board.
The trailer was also a great refuge from the heat and had all the amenities we needed to make it cozy and easy. You will love the peaceful pond! We also made a journey to the Yuba (close) so there are plenty of fun things to do here. Thanks for being such a responsive host Nicole!

Thank you, Nicole for a great experience. Two of us stayed overnight for the meteor shower. The night sky was perfect for star viewing. The trailer was well stocked and very comfy

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nicole's property and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The pond on her property was teeming with life and activity - fish jumping out of the water. It was a serene and picturesque scene that truly made me feel at one with nature.
The Rv that Nicole provided for my stay was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was charming and welcoming, and I felt right at home from the moment I stepped inside.
Nicole herself was a gracious and accommodating host, always available to answer any questions I had and provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Her property is a true gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.
Overall, my stay at Nicole's property was a truly memorable experience, and I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you, Nicole, for your hospitality and for sharing your beautiful slice of paradise with me.

Great place for glamping! Nicole anticipated all of our needs - ac, cooking supplies, basket of toys for kids, canoe, paddle board, fire pit (propane), BBQ…and more! Highly recommend for parents with a young kiddo or two!

This was a magical spot! It was really beautifully maintained and so peaceful. There was a really sweet pond with Lillypad and frogs and Dragonflies. Lots of outdoor seating and a clean, cozy camper. Thank you, Nicole!

My family had a great time at Nicole’s camp. Kids will love this place with games, DVD’s and a kayak and paddleboard. The RV was really cozy and Nicole was so accommodating & she has a lot to offer. We would definitely come back here!!

A very thoughtfully created and beautiful spot to getaway too. Had an amazing time on this property and host is absolutely wonderful. Spot is close to many swimming holes and hikes as well as many other fun things to do. Had so much fun relaxing on the boat in the pond.

This was a great stop as we made our way to the CA coast. My boys loved swimming in the pond and visiting nearby Oregon Creek/ Yuba River. Nicole was very responsive to our needs and we throughly enjoyed our stay!

At the "last minute", we were looking for a place with AC, flush toilet, kitchen, and pet friendly relatively close to Truckee and Donner Lake. Nicole's place came up and we jumped on it. We were not disappointed! This is a quiet, serene spot off the beaten path where we could just relax on site or go out to explore. Thoroughly enjoyed being here. Nicole had just added a couple of AC units which saved the day since it was so hot. The humans in the group did not use the water equipment on the pond but the dogs sure enjoyed swimming and being in it. Nicole was very attentive and quick to communicate when needed, but otherwise we were left on our own. Highly recommend to others!

The camper was lovely with all the amenities you actually do not expect in wilderness. Bed was super comfy, clean and kitchen was great with all appliances.

The RV was very spacious and clean! Our there toddlers loved just hanging out by the pond and playing with with the basket of toys in the RV.

Such a quiet peaceful little spot. We enjoyed our time here , the camper and the site were well appointed with lots of room to spread out and relax. The frogs at night were a great bonus, and were mesmerizing with the propane fire pit.
The host Heather was joyful, helpful and super responsive.

What an incredible view. The pond was so beautiful and the fifth wheel was very well put together. The whole place was very comfortable for the whole family. Grass Valley is a California gem and has so much to do downtown and surrounding areas. We spent our days hiking around the mines, shopping, eating great food (the pasty’s are so amazing we took frozen ones home with us). We enjoyed Passover in the trailer and watched some great movies in the collection. My kids practiced “fishing” in the pond and played on dinosaur island. We would definitely recommend to our friends and others.

This little trailer and pond was perfect and amazing! Nicole was so nice and had great communication the whole time. It is super private and quiet, and the trailer looks and feels just like a cozy little house inside. Perfect for cold or hot weather. Oh and the fish in the pond are fun to catch too. I spent a ton of time in the hammock 😂 its addicting. Thanks again Nicole!!!!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our time at Peaceful Pond. The trailer is fully equipped with all the necessities of a real home and with 3 kids that is definitely a plus! Has AC and heating (shower as well) We made good use of the gas BBQ grill provided, there's also gas stove in kitchen, refrigerator, oven toaster and microwave. Very quiet & peaceful area, homely and we slept quite comfortably. Queen size bed, pull out double size futon and a single size blow out mattress that my oldest 2 played *rock paper scissor* who to sleep on it 1st day we arrived. There's a collection of dvds & toys that kept my kids entertained throughout the whole trip. We absolutely loved Yuba River, (it's a MUST to go there), Empire Mine state Park (beautiful historical place), Minnie park (they have a zip line area for little ones) & the dinosaur world behind the pond at the trailer! (owner will recommend a place when you ask)...not to mention many snack and ice cream stops!😊
