Loved tent camping here! Directions were clear and Vikki was delightful! Was nice and quiet, great space, convenient bathroom, firewood available and dry, even had a shower attached to the bathroom with hot water! Would camp here again!

We stayed in the dry camp spots - primarily because we knew by this time in our trip we’d really need a shower. The place was clean, mowed and they have a great fire pit area. The bathroom and shower is incredibly basic, but stocked with some cleaning supplies so I was able to give it quick clean up before we showered. Thankfully, it was just us at the camp sites. I think if all four spots were filled you’d want to know the other campers or really cross your fingers that they were cool. The sites are very close together.
The views from the back of the dry cabins is amazing - but cold on the windy and rainy night we were there.
And the host was super easy to communicate with. She was quick to respond and gave good advice prior to arrival.
If you’re looking to clean up and move on, this spot is great.

Was a spot to sleep and had beautiful views, however, there was a wedding the first night next door which was really loud. There isn't anything between the sites so you can hear what everyone else is doing. All in all a decent spot to sleep though.

The Jones family was wonderful and we absolutely loved the camp grounds. It was quite, peaceful, and had spectacular views of Kachemak Bay. They have a shower and bathroom. It is dry camping, but you can fill water tanks. No dump or electric hook-up. Best place we stayed at in Alaska.

I loved camping on this beautiful property. The farm had amazing views and tons of space. It even had a small hot shower and toilet. Would recommend to anyone.

Great experience all the way around! Nice, spacious, level camp site. Large personal fire pit with our own picnic table and garbage can. Good amount of space in between sites. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked. Vicky, the host, came and checked on us within 30 minutes of arrival to introduce herself and see if we needed anything. There was even a fully stocked wood shed where you could buy bundles of fire wood. Would definitely stay again.

Vikki was a great host and very accommodating to any special requests we made. We loved the peaceful location and lucked out with some awesome weather. Our kids loved the farm animals and open space to run around. Shower and toilet were a nice addition. Will likely be coming back here on future visits to Homer.

Great little campsite and amenities that is pet friendly! Host was friendly, met us when we arrived and gave us some very helpful information, especially about the moose that likes to hang around the property.

Had a great weekend camping here with friends. Appreciated the running toilet and hot shower. The property is beautiful. Owners really friendly and helpful. It was nice to be away from the “hustle & bustle”, but still able to easily make trips into town. We will definitely be back!

This site was awesome! Can't say enough great things about the site and the host. Amazing spot, good ammentinies with the bathroom and shower, shelter with fire pit along fire pits and garbage cans at each site, and pet friendly. The host was great and gave us recommendations of cool places to go. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to get out a bit further from Homer.

The site had a lot of space. The view across the bay to the glaciers was spectacular.
Vicky met us and gave us the rundown on where the flush toilet with cold water sink was, the in demand hot water shower, firewood, and huge common area with large fire pit. Each site has a nice fire pit as well. We were there 6 nights. 18 mmiles from Homer makes a nice drive and wonderful getaway, yet easy to get to town. We drove down to the Russian homestead area, a must if you have a 4WD.

This was the PERFECT camping site. The views of the coastline, pastures, and peony fields was absolutely breathtaking. Vikki was such an incredible host, and has wonderful bathroom and shower amenities available for campers. I had an amazing time and look forward to camping here again in the future!

Great place. Quiet and peaceful. Loved hearing the pheasants in the distance. The views of the glaciers are spectacular.
Vikki was a great hostess.
It’s a bit of a drive out of town but well worth it. We stayed an extra night to unwind, enjoy the scenery, and relax.
It was a great place for our dogs. We could walk them and play fetch in the back field.
Will stay again if we have the chance.

Beautiful property and scenic drive there! Got to stay in a dry homestead cabin and camp. Clean site and bathrooms/wash house. Friendly dogs and very accommodating host. Vikki went above and beyond! Would definitely stay here again!

We camped here with two other friends in mid-June. Vikki has updated the area, now each site has its own fire ring. Bathroom and showers were very clean and hot water was very welcome. Quiet area with lots of wildlife to see. And the mountains!!! What a view. A bit far from town (25 minutes) so plan accordingly. Would definitely stay again if we get back to Alaska. Thanks Vikki

We had a lovely stay at Vikki’s place! The place is beautiful, with plenty of space for our small rv. The hosts were welcoming and attentive to our needs. Directions were clear and accurate. Communication with the host was excellent. We did not plan to use the wash house, but ended up doing so given it was clean and easy to access. Will definitely recommend this stay!

We loved visiting Vikki and her families homestead. The views were amazing and very peaceful. Luckily we had the whole tent campsite to ourselves and I was able to play ball with my dog right in front of my tent set up. The only thing I’d recommend would be spacing the camp sites out if it was busier, but Vikki mentioned they are already working on opening more land to camping! We got to see a moose and the horses on the farm are beautiful and fun to see. There was even a wash room and fresh drinking water on the site! I definitely give this place a 10/10!
