Alika's place was incredible! Totally clean cabin in the middle of Kula's mountains with all that we needed! Definitely going back in our next trip to Maui. Totally recommend this place to give an amazing plus to your visit to Maui!
Amazing property in a great location. Had a communal fire pit, picnic tables and the hosts were super nice and gave us great tips on the area. Hot showers and a real bed were a welcome change of pace after a week of camping. Close to Haleakala and the Road to Hana.
Great cabin & hosts near haleakala
Alika's cabin was fantastic! It was clean and the beds were comfy. Personal hot water shower and sink were a big plus. Location was quiet and close to the Haleakala summit entrance. Communication pre-trip was great and Alika welcomed us (and other guests) and showed us around the site. My family enjoyed our time in Maui but we enjoyed our conversations with them even more.
Chilled vibe in cosy cabin
We loved our stay in the cabin. The vibe is very relaxed here and we made friends with the other people in the camp around the campfire on the evenings.
The host was a really wonderful guy and met us to show us around and always replied to messages. Very beautiful place he has up on the mountain.
Everything was much cleaner than I usually expect on camps. Toilets and showers were clean and nice and there was hot water for the showers.
Just a tip for others if you're making dinner there, theres a gas bbq to cook on, but make sure you bring either a pot, food that doesn't need a pot, or bring something that can be cooked in tinfoil. The other campers there were lovely though and loaned us a pot for our pasta and rice :) there is a small frying pan there though and a kettle.
This was the nicest place we stayed on maui though, really loved it. Mahalo :)
The best hipcamp
We stayed in cabin 3 fir 3 nights and it was fantastic and convenient. Bathrooms always clean. Alika was rapid to answer our questions and available. Nice place to stay, close from one of the Haleakala national park entrance. Alika offers hot showers which is rare. Propane grill with some kithchenware is great for cooking.
Slice of paradise!!!
One of the best best places I’ve ever stayed!! It was so clean and well kept. It felt so comfortable being there, a true slice of paradise. You could really tell the owners cared a lot about their property, cabins, and guests. They were so friendly and it was a great experience.
The cabins are comfortable and clean. Alika was really helpful and nice! It’s great to see the sunset from this place! The toilets outside of the cabins are clean and there is also a Grill and a fire pit. We really enjoyed our stay here!
Thanks Alika :)!!!
