Close to the activities on 30A and the Gulf of Mexico (7 minutes) but secluded enough to feel like you have your own private piece of paradise with amazing sunset views. The bay is full of life: watch mullet jump, catch crabs, watch for dolphins and sting rays. If you enjoy fishing, try night fishing on the dock, too. Bay charters come to the waters around our dock on their excursions! If you bring a boat, Cessna Landing is just under 2 miles away with a very nice boat launch. Tie your boat to our dock for the duration of your visit. Boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, swimming, sunset watching, bicycling and campfires are a few things to enjoy while at the 30A Bay Hideaway. Sunset viewing deck, bay beach/dock, fire pit and an outdoor shower and sink with hot water and an outdoor mini-fridge are included in the listing. Use caution and common sense. 3. When the winter winds are blowing out of the northwest, it can be breezy and chilly. 4. We recommend taking awnings in every evening year-round as storms blow in across the bay occasionally. 5. Water levels will vary based upon the tides and wind conditions. During the winter low tides may reduce boat access to the dock. Check-in is 3 PM. No check-in after 10 PM. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM.

The property was very well maintained, and the waterfront views were absolutely beautiful. The campsite was quiet, peaceful, and a great place to relax. The extra-long dock made it super convenient to keep our boat in the water, and there were plenty of neat spots around the bay to explore. The bugs were pretty heavy at night, so definitely bring bug spray. We’ll definitely be coming back for another stay soon!

Another great stay in Nathan’s backyard! We love having access to their deck & enjoyed morning & evening walks on the dock! One morning, it was covered in little baby crabs! 🦀 So cool! If you’re into sea birds & sea life, this is your jam! Only min or so away from all of our favorite places!
