Heavily wooded 27 acres with a year-round babbling creek that cascades in waterfalls (one is a 25-foot drop!) across the property. During the rainy season the various waterfalls show off in dramatic fashion! Add to the magical sounds and marvelous setting a small Christmas tree grove, a smattering of goats and chickens, and two playful livestock guardian dogs who will become your best friends. Relax under the night stars, hike/bike the Sierra Nevada trails, or pop into a nearby winery with friends. OHV or horseback riding is also available along with river rafting during the summer months. You are limited only by your imagination!
