Welcome! We offer safe, no frills, overnight parking on paved driveway. Quick and easy hassle free come and go. Drive in- back out. Back in-drive out. Water hookup available all the time except during freezing temperatures. We welcome car campers, vans, skoolies, horse trailers, campers, any vessels up to 25 feet (7.6 meters) long and, due to overhead Internet cables, no higher than 10.5 feet high (3.2 meters). This overhead clearance to include the rooftop A/C unit, kayaks, bikes or else loaded high on top of your roof. There is no bathroom available at this current time. Therefore it is necessary that you have a toilet in your vessel in order to park here. No dogs permitted. We offer WiFi and Electric with 30 Amp RV hookup adapter. Water spout is 60 feet from driveway in front of house. Long hose with nozzle is available. Security cameras on premises. Farm animals and dogs in immediate surroundings, at times stray goats, chickens. Horse traffic in neighborhood. Conveniently located between Colorado Hwy 50 and Hwy 115, we are: 25 miles West of Pueblo 28 miles South of Colorado Springs 15 minutes East of Cañon City 4 miles from the Arkansas River, rafting, bring your kayak. 3 miles from Dakota Hot Springs, soak. 15 miles of the the Royal Gorge Bridge, zip lining. 5miles from Brush Hollow Reservoir, great fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding 20 miles West of Lake Pueblo State Park, paved and unpaved trails, swimming. Less than a mile from the best Pizzeria in a wide radius. You can ride your horse to it. Enjoy your stay!Site is accessible to Rv's/Campers/ToyHaulers up to 25 feet long ( 7.6 meters). Due to overhead cables, limit of 10 foot ( 3 meters) clearance, this includes any rooftop A/C unit, kayaks or other. Park on paved driveway, you'll see the red skis on the fence as you pull in. Access water spout with hose in front yard; 30 Amp electric hookup, free WiFi, Garbage, Recycling, at site. Your vessel/car/van/suv/horse trailer must be self contained with toilet option as there is none currently available here. Rocks, cactus, gravel and grassy terrain around the paved area. Farm animals/dogs in immediate neighborhood. Frequent horse traffic. Nothing glamorous, no frills. Just safe and easy to park and rest. No dogs permitted.

Great spot

This is located in a very quiet and unique neighborhood. Helga was a great host and completely accommodating. Only a minute drive from town and gas stations. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to break up a long trip for a night.

Safe and peaceful

Safe, peaceful, well-lit, affordable place to sleep in your RV or park it for the day so you can go around town. Very attentive hosts. Electric and wifi worked great. Just a few minutes to Walmart, Home Depot, Harbor Freight, and whatever business you may need. Check out the Royal Gorge train, Skyline Drive, and the suspension bridge while you’re in town. Large driveway but you will have to back in or out! But it’s a very slow country road with little to no traffic so you have space and time. I was inexperienced with backing up my trailer and Helga came out to help me. 😅 She was super nice and a huge help. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.
