In the tent, you’ll find a luxurious and firm queen size bed and compact tables for storing your items. We provide a power bank of electricity for those that need a c-pap (tested and true), or charging devices. Stay warm all night with our propane heater, down comforter and optional heated blanket. Up for exploring? Just stick to the mowed pathways and enjoy the different settings. A hammock waits in the shade of the cherry plum tree at the bottom of the property. Wylie was an amazing host! The property was easy to find, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Communication was quick and helpful, and Wylie made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The campsite itself was clean, quiet, and had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommend Wylie’s place to anyone looking for a great Hipcamp experience!

Old garden area for both RV and tent camping. Lots of room for setup. Has morning and midday sun with afternoon shade.

Sara’s cabin was a perfect last stop on our road trip. It was so clean, quiet, and cozy. The morning stroll through the property down to the river with the dogs was refreshing and peaceful. I wished I could have stayed longer! I would absolutely go back on any future Spokane trips.

The site was perfect, for our 2 day trip! Plenty of space for our vehicle, a trail, room for multiple tents, a fire pit, outhouse and a beautiful view! The hosts are absolutely wonderful and so communicative. Which I love! I would absolutely book again! Great plot for a break from reality!

Nice and peaceful site, Rachael was amazing to work with and I had some hiccups getting on the road, she was wonderfully communicative and flexible. Would 100% go back! Wish I could have stayed longer (and next time I will!).

The water is shallow and navigable even for dogs who don't have a ton of water confidence!

My travel dog Thor and I had an exceptionally warm and cozy stop at this beautiful property en route to Golden BC. The field tent sits on a lovely deck overlooking a beautiful valley. With all the development in Spokane it is amazing that this beautiful semi urban area is so close to the city. We loved watching the sunset, deer in the field and stars at night. The tent and field kitchen are exceptionally well appointed. The bed is super comfy and the tent feels like a boutique hotel with all the hosts thoughtful touches. The host are lovely and great communicators. So glad they are sharing their little piece of Spokane valley paradise with people like me. We will be back with more time to relax, enjoy the tent, deck and the beautiful valley.
