Tent Camping We have an acre of land with an orchard, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, tons of flowers and peace and quiet except for some traffic on Veazie Cumberland Rd. There is a tree farm across the street from the campsite and a blueberry farm across Veazie. Picking time for blueberries is end of July into August. Deep lake is four miles from our house as well as Kanaskit State Park with a river. Mt Rainier is about 45 minutes away. Mt Peak, 1000 ft hike, is 4 miles toward Enumclaw from us. Traffic noise as Veazie Cumberland is a main two lane road 100 feet from camp. Two parks within four miles. Four miles from the town of Enumclaw.

Scott's campsite is exactly as described - large, private, and beautiful! Our dogs loved all the space for fetch and we all enjoyed spending lots of time at the site and also down by the river. The privacy, riverfront access, and thoughtful campsite can't be beat! Scott was also very communicative and getting into/out of the site was very straightforward. We're already looking forward to coming back someday!

Weekend Trip to Mt Rainier Reconnect

We went with one other family to Scott’s land and had the best time. This spot was very private. The river was so much fun, our kids and dogs had a great time playing and splashing around! The marked trails were fun to walk and explore. Lots of space! We had a 20’ and 30’ trailer and plenty of space to set up and easily pull through. Scott has really thought out this spot. You do hear some road noise but nothing crazy and nothing that the beauty and fun doesn’t make up for. Plus you don’t really see the road from camp so again it’s just not really even an issue but something to note if you’re looking for complete quiet 100% of the time. Again, we had the best time and look forward to coming back next summer!

Had a perfect evening at this place! I am a hammock camper and Annette was nice enough to walk her property to find me a suitable tree setup. When she could not find one she offered me the comfiest bed that was absolutely the best thing I could ask for after biking here from Seattle. Would definitely stay here again!
