The lands of Camp MoxyJo's were such fun from vintage glamping trailers and camper vans to multiple kitsch-filled common areas for communal cooking, play & hanging out. Having grown up in the 1960s, I felt I was immersed in joyful memories of my young adulthood everywhere I walked on the Camp MoxyJo's grounds. My young grandchildren loved roaming the campground, feeding the goats, and being introduced to the art of darts--intergenerational memory making.

Kevin was an amazing host. He was quick with responses anytime we needed to contact him. He's thought of everything you might need and more! We had an amazing time enjoying the lake and water amenities. We had no luck fishing, but theres plenty of fish jumping and we will try again the next time we stay! We went in mid-September, so a bit off season and it felt very private and cozy.

I had amazing time spending a couple of days here. It was peaceful and quiet at the cabin. The cabin really showed off it's pirate theme I adore it so much and the welcoming basket was great. Kevin made sure your stay was comfortable by having supplies for any activities for the lake and had enough supplies for bedding too. I am gonna come back here again in the future 😄

We had a wonderful time at the Cascade Rose Alpaca Farm! Shari was an extremely accommodating host, and made us feel at home in our campsite nestled away behind the farm. We stayed the night after a concert at Remlinger Farms, which is a quick 20-30min walk along the Snoqualmie Valley Trail. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in the trailer! It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The place is actually much bigger than it looks in the photos, which was a great surprise. The amenities were excellent, and our kids especially loved feeding the goats — such a fun and memorable experience for them. Joanna was super responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place, especially for families with children.

Beautiful place to stay! The backyard is so so special and the house itself was very comfortable and cozy. The hosts were great, I had a bit of a special request and they were so kind and flexible! They left some treats for us and even grabbed a little vegan treat for me:) the outdoor tubs were absolutely incredible!! I would absolutely love to stay here again!

I live in San Diego but I used to call this area home. I was looking for something that reminded me of all the things I love about the Pacific Northwest. This cabin surpassed all of my expectations.
I arrived to find a welcoming basket that took me by surprise. I’ll let you discover what was in it when you book your stay. The hosts had thought of everything I might need and more from a fully stocked kitchen, firewood for the wood stove inside or the fire pit outside, and plenty of coffee!
I stayed in the main room downstairs and it appeared brand new and thoughtfully designed to keep the charm. I did peak into the bunk room and found the pirate themed room adorable. I know my niece and nephew would have loved it.
I found myself forgetting how close I was to a city. I was surrounded by trees on all sides except where the lake opens up to you. My first morning, I went out to the dock just as an eagle dove into the water and caught a fish. That same day a family of four otters swam right past me and just minutes later I turned around to find two deer in the yard. I was traveling with my dog Baxter and was glad the hosts had put in a dog run so he could sit outside with me without me having to worry he would go chasing every furry critter that poked its head out. This was the PNW I remembered and loved!
I enjoyed this place so much, I was excited when the hosts told me I could extend my stay for two more nights. Thank you Kevin & Chris for opening your home for me to enjoy

Kevin's cabin was a-mazingg. Literally everything you need at your fingertips from cookware, to a grill, to a fire-pit, to kayaks and paddle-boards – the space was just great.

Weekend Trip to Cascade Rose Alpaca Farm Stay
My gut wants me to keep this magical place a secret. I'm afraid if word gets out, I'll never get to stay here again. But also, Shari and her family are all so welcoming and helpful, so I definitely want to boost their business.
This spot is about a mile walk down a straight and flat trail to Remlinger Farm, and the perfect crash pad after one of their summer concerts. It is also the perfect compromise for anyone who doesn't really like camping, but loves the outdoors and hates parking traffic. Everything is set up for you, and everything is very comfortable and cozy. The alpacas are so funny and cute (but be careful, they spit!), and we loved the friendly farm doggies Colt and Rutger. (They were friendly but also good guard dogs, barking at us when we came back from the concert after dark!) We got to see a 36-hour old baby alpaca! And also some goats, who weren't all that interested in us.
This place is wonderful and magical but I don't recommend you book this place until the last minute... but for selfish reasons. I want first dibs.
Hot tip: being a small flashlight for the walk back, and keep an ear and eye out on that walk for passing bikes (step to the right, they'll pass on the left!)

This is a great campsite. It's fairly private, the toilet was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we stayed warm overnight. It was great to walk back to camp after a local concert and not have to deal with driving/waiting in the chaos to get home. The alpacas were cute, and the dogs were friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Host has created a very fun atmosphere, including pirate-themed decorations throughout including flags, pirate hats we all wore, kid friendly swords, and a pirate skeleton with cannon. Host put out kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat, row boat, and kid-bags of smores. The pictures do not do the site justice; fire pit area is large with picnic tables, seating, dog run; main room has a good kitchen with useful items, master bedroom is new and very nice with sliding glass doors to lake. Swimming and fishing was fantastic. Nice landscaping and rock work and the lighting at night is exceptional making it very special. Host was a great communicator. Port a potty isn’t far. We hope to return again

The site was nicely tucked away from the rest of the properties nearby with a tent on a platform along with garbage cans and a table and chairs and a fire pit— and a porta potty nearby without being too close for comfort. Shari was an excellent host for our group! And the alpacas are cool to see!
