Weekend Trip to Bianchi Vineyards RV Site

Beautiful and private spot on their vineyard. TV was great. I ordered a bottle of wine and it was delivered. Private area to walk around and see the two horses. The airport didn't bother me. No planes at 6am and 2pm like I expected - it was fine. I'd go again. Be sure you can back up your trailer 100' to get out. You need to back it up straight for 100'. No problem for me. Chris and Jennifer's HipCamp is fabulous!! The view at their Sunset spot is gorgeous! They have done such a great job with a seating area to watch the sun set (even had yummy cookies for us!) and perfect lighting. The stars are on full display at night, and we had a great dear spotting. Chris and Jennifer were super gracious as we maneuvered our Bean teardrop into the spot. They are dog lovers which was great and allowed our dog to be off leash. Highly recommend!!!

Van camping spot with a beautiful view, well worth the drive from the city. End of April was a perfect time to see the wildflowers. We lucked out with sunny skies, but should have taken wind gusts into account—makes for difficult outdoor cooking and campfires. However, when the winds stopped, it was the most peaceful experience.

Stunning views, a lovely covered area, & flat parking. We weren’t sure what to expect, but were charmed to find we were plugged into a former tasting room that looked towards Mission Ridge. The host was very helpful and quickly responded to our questions. Watching sunset with the fire pit on was a great way to end the day and my toddler loved playing on the lawn the next morning.

We loved our stay at Earthlight! Almost every angle had a beautiful view of the mountains and valleys. We will highly recommend this site to others. We have a very reactive dog and this site was perfect for her. No other noises or animals around (minus the occasional bird or two, which she’s fine with) it was fun watching her truly relaxed for a few days. Great place to disconnect and enjoy the beauty.

Weekend Trip to Camp River Run

We had a wonderful weekend tent camping on Mark's land. The property and river were beautiful. The fire pit was perfect for relaxing by the river at night. The on-site porta potty was possibly the cleanest I've ever used. It's a very dog friendly spot with a nicely manicured yard by the river. Mark was super friendly and very responsive. It's a perfect place to base camp out of near the state park and Leavenworth. We'll be going back there again!

Weekend Trip to The Lakes

I came with a friend and our boys for a father son camping trip. This was the perfect spot because it had privacy, beautiful views, and was close to town if we needed something for our kids. I was pleasantly surprised that the outhouse was cleaner than a porta potty. We had a memorable weekend with our boys and we are grateful to be able to have stayed here.

We really enjoyed our short time here! The location is super convenient and easy to find. Beautifully maintained and decorated with convenient electricity and spotless porta-potty. We loved watching the osprey in their nest across the river. Definitely recommend!

This has been one of my fav. Spots I've found on here. The road getting to the spot is not great be warned (I drive a rav4 with all terrain tires) BUT it's worth it! Just go slow and you'll be OK. Beautiful sunset and gorgeous views all around. Loved it!

My wife and I had an amazing stay on Marks land. It was relaxing, well set up, spacious, and close to so many great places. Just a 20 minute drive to Leavenworth and a couple miles from fish lake and lake Wenatchee. We enjoyed relaxing by the firepit, hiking in Leavenworth, and fishing at fish lake. We'll be coming back!

The site is at the very end of the popular "Black canyon" section of the Methow river. Rafting and fishing guides use this property regularly. There is ample space for boat and trailer parking. Nearby the recreational opportunities abound. We have a small area, but most of it is shaded and right by the river. Learn more about this land: Come camp near the river at a fully-functional whitewater river rafting basecamp!! Our group-style camping area is ideal for small groups of people or couples. We have a total of 4 spots. Spot #1 is our largest spot, suitable for 4 or 5 two-person or three-person tents. Spot #2 is a bit smaller, ideal for up to 3 medium-sized tents. Spots 3 and 4 are suitable for two small to medium-sized tents. Camp spots are next to each other, so there's not a lot of "wild forest camping" here. We refer to it as urban camping. All spots are level and graveled. Please be aware that there is some traffic noise in the area, as we are near Highway 2. There are also picnic tables in the camping area for all campers to use as well as several hammocks.. Access to the river is very nearby. Weekend camping is limited, and you may occasionally hear the sound of a train whistle. WiFi and a fire pit are included, as well as on-site port-a-potties. Hot outdoor showers are also on-site and available to all rafters and campers. There is a large communal fire pit, but no individual campfire pits; however, the option is to bring a propane stand-alone fire pit. Fires are allowed in April, May, and June; the fire ban starts on July 1st due to wildfire concerns. No smoking and children are OK as long as they are kept under control and monitored at all times. Our property features potable water, on-site outdoor showers, and a foot-operated hand wash station. Our camping area is somewhat small and does not have grass, but it is graveled. Please be respectful of our neighbors and other campers by keeping your music at a low to medium volume. Please bring a photo ID and a credit card to complete our camper registration form. Winter tends to bring significant snowfall which makes this a great destination for winter sports as well. The property sits on top of a mountain plateau known as Harmony Heights. The site is about a 20 minute drive to Brewster or Pateros and about 40 minutes to Lake Chelan. This is an fairly large site and will accommodate two RV's as well as plenty of area for tent camping. There is plenty of good spots to play with dogs without any conflicts. Despite the existence of year round residences and cabins this area is still very wild so you have a chance of an encounter with any critter that is native to the forests and prairies of North Central Washington. This includes but is not limited to the occasional bull snake, rattle snake, badger, black bear, mule deer, whitetail deer, moose, coyote, wolf, mountain lion, bobcat, as well as all kinds of birds including blue birds, hawks, owls, turkey, chukar, ravens, Hungarian partridge, quail, and forest grouse.
