Valley Ridge Lookout – Largest, the upper site, w/TeePee, big views, outdoor sink; cold shower, with outhouse nearby.
West Perch – Smaller site with water and power, tucked along the western edge, pull through parking. Closed for season/construction on going.
Side Step – A simple park-n-camp offshoot along the lower driveway.
Gully Vista – A hike-in, tent/hammock site, via a narrow trail down into the gully.
Seen most guests tent camp or bring vans. If your trailering, and the trailer weighs more than your 2WD tow vehicle, this place probably isn’t the best match.

Backs up to 150+ acres of state timberland (10–20 year growth). Hunters: check regulations.
Our new link trail connects to the Howell Lake trail. Tight trails at first then opens up. Trail map posted in outhouse.
We’ve got firewood—might not be perfectly dry, but it burns. Bring kindling in wet seasons.
Trash-free land. Please keep it clean. No glass (if you bring it, Do not break it).
Howell Lake seasonal swimming hole nearby with rope swing. 2-mile hike (4/10 hardness) or 10-minute drive.
Big night south skies—great for moon/stargazing.
Campground runs on solar.

Some sites have steep drops—stay alert, especially at night.
1-mile dirt driveway is bumpy—take it slow.
280ft water well, Fresh water, but I can't legally recommend drinking it since it is still a temporary water setup. Can fill tanks directly from the well if asked.

This secluded meadow has sweeping views, including a stunning shot of Mount Rainier on clear days. Surrounded by forested land including a park preserve, the land is quiet and private. A great place to watch birds, access multiple park trails by foot, or just enjoy being outside in nature. There are old fruit trees on the land that give plentiful fruit (most years) starting in August, and depending on the time of year you'll also find blackberries, huckleberries and salal berries. Additional tent sites are tucked into the trees. Serving all is an outdoor/covered compost toilet tucked into the trees a couple minutes walk from the meadow. There is also a spigot with hose where you can rinse off gear etc. A public swimming hole on Lake Florence is a short drive way, along with beaches. Check back with us in the future as well, because we have big plans for additional amenities.

Beth was very welcoming in and friendly when we arrived at Blue Mist. Actually Shadow (the kitty) greeted us first (A+) but we felt very welcomed and it was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Lovely views across the farmland of the surrounding hilltops and mountains. Close to town if you want/need to grab groceries or coffee or a beer at the brewery. It was just what we needed on our journey. Next time we are near Enumclaw we would love to stay here again!

Very large and level RV site. The property was peaceful and we enjoyed the wildlife. We saw Deer around the site almost every day. Site includes two chairs and a fire pit. All hook-ups worked great. The only drawback is that Starlink is blocked by the trees so the connection is unreliable. Location is very close Mount Rainier National Park. The road leading to the site was great and we didn't have to worry about hitting any overhead trees with our tall fifth-wheel. We would highly recommend staying here!

Peaceful location, we were out in many sites without connectivity and this was a good last stop for our trip to reconnect with the world. Water spigot leaks a bit while it’s used but the main line has to be turned off while not in use. Otherwise everything worked really well.

Quiet neighborhood, level, extremely long site. Was a surprise to discover that the host was not on site or in a nearby home. Paradise in the Pond is an entire home lot turned into an RV site. Nice fencing separates RV site from homes/AirBNB houses in either side. Steps off gravel pad onto grassy “backyard” with 2 Adirondack chairs, firepit and picnic table. Looks out onto a small dark water pond almost completely blocked by cattails and grasses so as many have said, take the word pond in the name with a grain of salt. Quick access to Longmire entrance to Mt Rainier but an hour’s drive just to the Sunrise gate and don’t forget your reservation for timed entry there. A few restaurants and coffee places in fairly close by Packwood or Ashford. Longer drive to Elbe with all the railcars.
Trash pick up for us was in Tuesday but all the residents/renters had cans out on Monday morning so maybe do the same!

It was such a lovely experience camping at Blue Mist Farm. Beth and her husband are so friendly and fabulous. They spent so much time answering all our questions about their farm and fiber businesses. The location is idyllic for those who love a laid back farm feel. Mind, they have a rooster who is excellent at his job of announcing the morning; to be expected on a farm, but some may not appreciate it.
The ground was level. The porta-potty was clean. The porta-sink was stocked with soap and water. The area was spacious. The animals were as friendly as the hosts.
Five stars. Absolutely recommend.

We love our time in Ashford! Kristin is very responsive and helpful. The property was peaceful and we enjoyed the active wildlife. All hook-ups work properly (and FEDEX does deliver there). Our STARLINK had a weak connection (just something to keep in mind if you need to work). Great location for Mount Rainier national Park and Gifford pinch NF. Highly recommend staying here! Had a most memorable experience parking our camper van and jeep at Beth’s Blue Mist Farm! She and her daughter gave us a tour of the farm, introducing us to each of the sheep, the goat that thinks she’s a sheep lol, ducks, chickens, and alpacas. She also showed us her wool processing workshop which showed the process from start to finish. Fascinating! Also took a felting class and made our own angels. Beth took lots of time to share and educate, the property is beautiful, and this was a highlight of our PNW visit!!

Perfect location to visit Mt. Rainier NP, just 5 miles away. Lot was level, clean and beautiful. Directions and communication was clear and easy. The neighborhood is quiet and we walked around every evening after dinner and even saw deer. We loved the fire pit area to relax with chairs and pond beyond. If in the area we will definitely stay here.

We just got ourselves into a new 30 foot trailer and were looking for a quiet peaceful place to get to know it and work out any bugs. We couldn’t have found a better place! The site was very accessible yet tucked away. It was level and very well groomed and maintained. Full hookup and garbage on site. We were very pleased and will booking this site again in the future. If you’re looking for a comfortable campsite before heading up the mountain, this is a good one.
