A Taste of Whidbey

Take a break from the city and connect with nature by staying at our magical farm property located on the very south end of Whidbey Island, WA (12 minutes from the Clinton ferry dock). You can enjoy such activities as swinging in one of the many hammocks, getting goldfish pedicures, feeding some of the sweet animals, singing with the parrot, doing goat yoga or goagility (don't bother Googling it because it doesn't exist anywhere else), picking fresh fruits and vegetables for dinner you can prepare in our outdoor cabana kitchen, eating s'mores at one of the many firepits, visiting the beautiful flower gardens or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. Wildlife galore including bald and golden eagles, red tail hawks, deer, raccoons, heron and coyotes. Some nights, we have live music in the evening by one of South Whidbey's amazing bands and beer flowing from the taps built into the wall of the cabana. It is just me and an occasional worker operating the property so you may see us weeding, milking goats, feeding farm animals, or watering some of the many gardens. You are encouraged to participate in activities on the farm and children are welcome to do the same. We are 5 minutes from Bailey's Corner Store, Whidbey's best burger joint, which has great music various nights of the week, and Ogres Brewery which also has great entertainment and beer. Langley and Freeland are each 20 minutes away.

A remote island, naturist beach and kayak at the creek. Parking is limited. Guests love it here: "We stayed two nights at Curley Creek Canyon and loved the experience! Jerrett was a wonderful host and met us upon arrival with great recommendations of places to explore on his beautiful property. The camp sites are clean, private, and have fire pits, and benches provided. We took the roped trail down to the creek (bring gloves its a bit steep) and saw large groups of salmon swim upstream. This time of year is magical with the dropping leafs and lush moss/fungus sightings. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick getaway from the city to connect to nature. We offer a simple off-grid glamping spot for those that want to get away to nature but want a few of the comforts of, and not all the packing, camping requires. We are located on 4 wooded acres with 100+ year old cedars and Douglas firs, a small creek and a meadow and wetland with many wild birds, owl, eagles, coyotes, deer and other wildlife. We are just minutes from Historic downtown Poulsbo and Port Gamble. We now have a sofa/futon bed so we can sleep up to 4. Perfect location to run off to the Olympic Peninsula for the day, touring around locally, or just enjoying connecting to nature. There is also a propane fire pit so you can have a campfire during burn bans, sink, outdoor heated shower, and compost toilet for guest use. Glamping fun! Yes! You will be nice and warm even if its cold and rainy with the woodstove in the tent. We start you off with a bundle of wood and you can bring wood or buy wood from us for $5/bundle. We provide a lighter and some fire starter sticks to get that fire going. Wood stove is the sole source of heat for the glamping tent. We can provide towels for the shower, please let us know if you would like those provided.

The Delightful Farm

Our grandma was a very kind woman who was one of the most generous people you'd ever meet, so much so that she was often taken advantage of when it came to the amount of space she allocated of the farm to people's stuff, after she passed the family has spent over 2 years to remove over 15 tons of items that didn't belong to us. We are now so happy to present the Delightful Farm. A hemp experience that is quite the turnaround. We now have 4 pigs, 20 baby chicks and 30 full grown layers who are proliferating the farm pretty quickly. Our hemp which is definitely a mainstay is now over 6-8ft tall and growing and smelling delicious. Come on out and see what the buzz is all about. You're guaranteed to have a magical experience.
