These camps are on a 24 farm with about 3,500' of frontage on the Entiat River. The land's history has included use as pasture, orchards, and flower farm. It's currently identified as a USDA type silvopasture farm. The priority crop is growing native fir trees that will be harvested in 60+ years as telephone poles. During this time, the land will be grazed by a variety of livestock balanced to keep fields and animals healthy and productive. The current owners purchased the farm fall of 2023 from a family estate that owned it since the 1970s. It is considered a legacy project as work progresses to Firewise the land in support of old growth native trees and maximum summer shade for salmon. Access to the river is very nearby. Weekend camping is limited, and you may occasionally hear the sound of a train whistle. WiFi and a fire pit are included, as well as on-site port-a-potties.  Hot outdoor showers are also on-site and available to all rafters and campers. There is a large communal fire pit, but no individual campfire pits; however, the option is to bring a propane stand-alone fire pit.  Fires are allowed in April, May, and June; the fire ban starts on July 1st due to wildfire concerns. Quiet and private for groups to hang out and enjoy the area, hiking, exploring, and enjoying the night sky. Huge parking and camping area where 10+ vehicles and RVs can easily drive to and park before heading out on the trail or use as a base camp to enjoy the peaceful mountains around you and explore are area around you. We loved staying at the vineyard! Kim was a wonderful host and everything was as stated in the posting (and I have never seen a cleaner portapottie!). We especially enjoyed the covered patio with the propane fire pit - it was a great place to hang out and look at the lights across the valley and even the snowmaking up at Mission Ridge. 10/10 and we’ll definitely be staying here again.

Great spot with awesome view overlooking alfalfa fields. The picnic table is GREAT for outdoor dining and relaxing. Interior has everything you need. I was unable to get the heat to work, but the host is updating the listing with a manual for future guests.

The camp site was fantastic, well kept, right on the river with full hookups. It was peaceful and relaxing. The owners were wonderful, even offering to let us know if the site was ready early.
