My family and I recently purchased Camp Forever from my uncle and have by rehabbing the property for the past several years. We built an Adirondack Style leanto here in 2019 and have been cleaning up the campground area for the past two years. While Camp Forever will never become a "campground" again, I am thrilled to once again be able to share this unique property with anyone seeking good times in nature with family and friends. We stayed at the Maple Rock Hallow Cabin during fall leaf foliage. The host Kathy was great! The cabin was easy to find, cozy and had all of the amenities we were looking for. The cabin is about 45 minutes to Stowe, which is where we wanted to explore. We did not have great cell service in the area, but we expected that. The cabin had streaming services on the TV. It was a perfect stay and we 100% recommend!

This is a perfect spot for the fall time when the leaves are changing colors, the roads to and from have incredible views as well as the view from the cabin. Nearby trails also have incredible views, Owl Head’s Trail specifically has an amazing summit view to check out, and if you’re not avid hiker you can drive most of the way to the top. Small yet spacious, it’s a perfect cabin to get away from everything for a few days to enjoy the nature. P.S. Verizon service works though seems to potentially have issues with data intermittently mostly during the daytime, calls and texts were always available
