*Weather - Summer days can be quite hot with cooler nights. There is no shade on the property. Wind gusts carrying dust can occur. It’s a good idea to check weather app for conditions.
*Landscape/Views - Utah natural landscape changes markedly with the seasons. Some photos may reflect green grasses, when these dry out mid summer, they can produce fine stickers to be aware of with long hair pets, kids, and ankles in general.
Views can change depending on developing neighboring properties.

Lake can be accessed with state park fee at the marina entrance and the north shore -OR- on the south side via five minute ride or 1.25 mi walk. Note: this is a shared private beach for the properties on this side of the lake. It is included with your booking and limited to that time. It has many amenities including: large gazebos on artificial turf, fire pits, playground, flush toilets, water, and docks. (See Add-Ons if you need a boat slip for the day or overnight).
Road in is dirt with minor grade up to property.

* Wildlife - In late summer, cattle graze nearby. In spring, you may see sheep and baby lambs on the way to the south beach access.
There are rattle snakes, bunnies, and we’ve seen a scorpion or two.
*Weather - Summer days can be quite hot with cooler nights. There is no shade on the property. Wind gusts carrying dust can occur. It’s a good idea to check weather app for conditions.
*Landscape/Views - Utah natural landscape changes markedly with the seasons. Some photos may reflect green grasses, when these dry out mid summer, they can produce fine stickers to be aware of with long hair pets, kids, and ankles in general.
Views can change depending on developing neighboring properties.
Sunsets either at the lake or the property are unobstructed and often dramatic. Night sky viewing is also pretty awesome as there is very little light pollution.

You will be able to get to our park easily from I-70, only 5 minutes away! The beauty of our location is that we are hidden in a small (little green) valley, just south of Richfield and right at the base of Monroe Mountain. We have the best location and views in the area of Monroe and Richfield! We designed our park to give our guests a taste of small town life. All of our spaces are very large and you will not feel like you are right on top of your neighbor. Whether you are camping for a weekend or living the RV life you will love out park! You will be able to hop on an ATV trail directly from the park which will connect to hundreds of miles of trails nearby. Being 5 minutes from two different hot springs, you can easily enjoy a sunset or sunrise sitting in the springs. There is a fishing pond owned by Monroe City two blocks from the park and we are only an hour and a half from Bryce Canyon and an hour and a half from Capitol Reef. We are centrally located between the Mighty Five. (Canyonlands, Zion, Arches, Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon). We have been to many sites and this one was our favorite. We were immediately greeted and even given a tour of the place right away, we felt welcomed and really enjoyed the positive friendliness vibes here. The land is absolutely a special place with an amazing 35mile bike ride trail that loops right to the park entrance, that had some of the best views Iv ever biked. We can’t wait to come back.

Very nice & clean laundry room that is open 24 hours with a code. My wife’s only criticism is that the park is right off of Hwy 24 and being a light sleeper, occasional loud vehicles woke her up. We would stay here again.

This site is located an a lovely farm and as it has only one site, you have complete privacy. The host was a very friendly gentleman who welcomed me on arrival and checked again on me in the morning but otherwise left me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Although the water was turned off for the season, I did have electricity. I would definitely stay here again.

Directions and communication were excellent. It was easy to find. I had read some reviews about it being windy and I got lucky and had no wind.!
It was chilly… First ice on my windshield all season! There is another house right there which at first seems a little invasive, but actually it felt safer to me to know people were around as I was traveling solo.

Great location for touring Capital Reef and surrounding area. The back sites on the fence are the best but there is no walking/hiking to speak of out of the campground. Property is well kept, bathrooms/showers clean and nice. The one big drawback was that the dump station doesn't have water so it's really not usable. We just pulled in to one of the sites that had sewer hook-up, glad one was empty.

This is a nice place - they have showers, a restaurant, even a big gift shop. The site itself isn't that interesting, but the back side looks out on the desert. You can bike into town. The hosts are nice. Their cinnamon muffins are really good!

We loved our time at Parker's beach site! We camped at Beach Site 1 and had a great time. Would recommend bringing bug spray, as we started to fight some mosquitoes after the sun went down, but beyond that, the night was great. Parker was a great host and was very responsive - We bought firewood from him and had a nice big fire in one of the big firepit bowls. The bathroom house was awesome, just a bit of a walk from the beach. Our sleep was excellent, and we had a great drive into SLC the next day. Would absolutely recommend camping here!
