This Tiny House on wheels measures 8’x 24’ at 180 square feet. It is very cozy and comfortable. We do live on the property with two small dogs (friendly) and chickens (contained). A privacy fence separates the homes. The drive way is shared by guests and property owners.

Bathroom has a flush toilet, 36” shower stall with body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispenser. Bath towels, toilet paper, blow dryer, and small iron.
The sleeping loft upstairs has a full size bed and small chest of drawers to keep clothing in. There is an extra fan for warmer if needed.
The living area has a futon couch that makes into a full size bed. There is a speaker available to listen to music but no television.
Out doors you will find a propane bbq pit, fire pit, firewood, and sitting area to enjoy the nights sky after a long day of traveling or hiking.

When you exit Hwy 12 onto Road 200 West our driveway is to your immediate left. You will see the Grover Getaway sign at the beginning of the driveway. Follow the drive up then around to your right, arrow will indicate the turn. There will be a lower and upper guest parking area both marked with signs. You can park in either spot.

An Unforgettable Stay in a Hidden Gem! Staying at this cave house in Boulder Utah was like stepping into another world. Nestled into the red rock cliffs, the home blends naturally into its surroundings while offering comfort and character you won't find anywhere else. The interior is cozy and thoughtfully designed, with all the essentials-plus some magical touches that make the space feel like a retreat from reality. The highlight? The private swimming hole just a short walk from the cave. Refreshing water sounded by canyon walls-it was the perfect way to cool off and enjoy the desert landscape. We spent our mornings sipping coffee at the cave's entrance with breathtaking views, and afternoons relaxing by the water or exploring nearby trails. What really made this place special were the animals. Friendly horses roam the property. A sweet dog was our constant companion during morning coffee and a laid-back cat made itself at home on our porch, adding a homey feel. It felt like staying in a little desert sanctuary with its own four-legged welcoming committee. If you are looking for something truly off the beaten path-with beauty, peace, and a touch of wild magic-this is the place. It is totally different-peaceful, off-grid and unforgettable. We didn't want to leave! Perfect for adventurous couples or small families who want to disconnect and immerse themselves in nature. We spent our annual girls trip staying here. Highly recommend!

This place was so incredible, unique, amazing, magical. All of the things! The cave is breathtaking, and we all still can't believe he did almost all of it by hand. The beds were comfy, and there were all of the amenities you would need. Grant is such an incredible human, and how he has transformed the land and brought it to life is beyond admirable. Be sure to take the time to chat with him, hear his story, and learn about all of the incredible things he is doing. Loved every minute of our stay, and will definitely be back.

Views are very beautiful! Campfire wood is cheap! It was great to have a roof over our heads on a couple of very windy nights (vs. a flapping tent!) Unit was very clean as were the bathrooms! One of the two showers in the Men’s bathrooms only produces cold water, so there was a wait at times. Beds are comfortable except for the plastic covering.

Wow - what a beautiful cabin and location! Right outside Capitol Reef National Park, we were able to hike all day and cozy up all night in the casita. I loved how beautiful all the little details were - from the handmade ladder to the loft to the super comfy beds. Everything was clean, well thought out, and really cute. Perfect location for a getaway in the desert.

We stayed in the Capitol Casita as a stop on the road visiting the five Utah National Parks. Such a cute and comfortable Casita! It was just my son and I, but this could comfortably fit a lot of people if traveling with a larger group. It’s January and was incredibly windy so we weren’t able to enjoy it - but there is a rooftop fire pit terrace which would be beautiful stargazing. The beds are comfortable memory foam, which made for cozy mornings. The customer service and hospitality was superb, and if we find ourselves in this corner of the world again, we will definitely rebook.
