Judy was so kind and helpful and the llamas were amazing. Friendly cute. I have two sets of friends that want to go there with me so I will definitely be back.

Nice experience with Lamas. Judy and other gentlemen were patient answering questions about the stay. Could have looked at the weather before going, had multiple times thunderstorms over the night. But that is not related to the camping experience. And also recommendations around places to see around the camping will also be helpful.

Very family friendly , great hospitality , an amazing campsite , lots of llama interaction , and the charcuterie board was amazing , would recommend the camp to anyone of our family , we are already planning a second trip back ... see yall llamasoon

We LOVED llama land ranch! It was the perfect getaway from Fort Worth for the weekend. Our campsite was tucked away from the other sites on either side of us so we didn’t feel like we were near others. Judy was so welcoming and responsive. The bathrooms are “NICE NICE NICE” as advertised and pretty cool as they are in a silo. The llamas, pups, and cats around the place were so much fun to be around. It was such a peaceful retreat for the weekend. We will definitely be back! Very family friendly or if you want to keep to yourselves that’s easy too :)

We loved our stay at Llama Land Ranch. I took a group of young women from my church and everyone had a great time and loved all the Llamas. They were all so sweet. Judy was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and safe! The lamas are plentiful and enjoy human contact. Judy is very friendly and wants everyone to feel welcome and to enjoy themselves. She loves her animals and wants everyone to have a wonderful experience.

9 nights at Sunrise Pastures

Honestly everything went well. Zero complaints. It was great and we loved every minute of it. Loved the grass. We plan on going back in addition to a bunch of our friends wanting to go as well.

Outstanding place to stay. Perfect for a fishing trip to Lake Fork. It was nice to have a shelter from the weather.

Super cute place. Lots of space and not crowded. Outhouse restroom was clean. Campsite was nice with fire pit chairs, a picnic table & a jr size picnic table. Staff were very friendly & accommodating, though we didn’t need much. My only wish was that there was somewhere to deposit the trash at the exit, so we didn’t have to drive around with it searching for a place to dump it.

The outhouse was kept clean and the new bathrooms were really nice. The llamas soo friendly. It was so nice we were checked in on. The various picnic tables and set ups are super nice! This is somewhere I want to keep coming again and make a tradition of. It was nice to see other families and kids having such a good time and still feel privacy at our spot Pond in the Pasture. Absolutely wonderful! Some of the best memories roasting rice crispies! Reading. Enjoying all the cool birds I have never seen. All the sounds. The woodpecker in the morning and owls at night!

Such a fun time! A great place to get away for the weekend. All of the llamas are so sweet and friendly. Would recommend a thousand times!!!

1 night at Hopz n Skootz: Camping & Fishing

So fun as usual! This is one of our absolute favorite little getaway spots. The weather was gorgeous and the llamas were so sweet. Much needed campfire and hammock chill time was had. Will absolutely return again in a few months!

Really nice piece of land, Sonya was a very nice host as well and overall had a great time stopping by and camping on her property. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

We loved our stay at Llama Land!! The llamas were friendly, Judy was even friendlier, and my son hasn’t stopped telling everybody about his llama friends for the past two weeks!

It’s a beautiful place to stay so much open land especially on birthdays it’s the best also the LAMAS! Expect to buy more lama food

Llama Land Ranch

Property has been in family since 1987. The land has a rich history of wild boars and other wildlife. There is a live creek that runs along one of the property lines and is 50 ft deep. Pastures are mowed three times a year and always look beautiful. There is some terrain that is rough and the land has not been traveled. Bring machetes and a compass (We are not a rescue team). The land is ready to be loved by our visitors. The llamas will come to greet you and so will many more things in this wonderful place. This is a great property with a lot of potential for adventure. You can burn almost everything around responsibly. There is a lot of firewood. Right now there are no bathrooms or facilities of any kind except for a small goat shed. there is a ton of scrap metal and random random things in a pile great for digging and scrapping in all free. Finders keepers. There are some really old giant trees on the property. One is probably the largest tree I have ever seen in Collin County. There is a seasonal creek that runs through the back and sort of a swappy pond in the front. The Prairie in the front is some sort of different grass than usual. It might be native buffalo grass or something else weird like that. The property needs a lot of cleanup, so I would make a good to work campers or groups wanting a working party. The land could use some work, I could contribute a lot of free beer and food to people cleaning up the place before I build my house.
