Excellent place to stay. Host and family very accommodating and the animals really added to the experience. There is a lot of tranquility in the presence of animals.

The Site
The owner and the grounds keeper were very nice. However there was no access to the sewer hook up as the trailer shown in the photo block access. I enjoyed speaking with the owner and hanging out with the animals especially the horse. Also difficult entry to property as the road is in disrepair and very narrow with heavy traffic making it hard to slow down to look for address.

We loved staying at this spot. Seeing the goats, donkeys, and chickens was a highlight of the trip for my kids. The family was very helpful and kind. It is a beautiful property with the rv spot next to a second garage. Easy access to the city. We would love to stay there again if we passed through. I definitely had to double check the camper before leaving to make sure my kiddo didn’t try to smuggle a goat or two home because they were so cute. Thanks so much it was a trip to remember.

Great spot just outside of Dallas! The ranch is super easy to get to from both 80 and 30. Simple entry and parking too!
