Tents range in size from 10 - 20 feet. Glamping vintage trailers are available too, and are also fully furnished with electric. The fully renovated vintage trailers sleep 2-3 people each. Or bring your own small to mid-size RV, tent, or car/truck/van and pick a cool cleared or primitive site of your choice. We also have 5 electric 30 Amp hookup available. The camp is surrounded by farms and ranches, wineries offering music options (one is dog friendly!). Lake Conroe is 20 minutes to the east. Amenities include a cowboy pool, courtyard seating and camp fire pit, hot showers, bathrooms (currently port-a-potties), fiber wifi, and a potable water/filling station. We are in the customer service business, meaning we make it easy to camp (and celebrate!) with our beautiful 4-season canvas glamp tents and glamp vintage trailers. Just drive up to your tent and get ready to relax. All tents are fully furnished with made beds and critical supplies, and have picnic tables, chairs around the fire rings, firewood, and charcoal grills. The campsites all have fire pits. There is a pavilion with a summer kitchen and BBQ pits for cooking meals. Shower (with hot water) and restroom are available for campers. The Cabin (sleeps 4-5 Full size bed, pull out sofa, Loft for 2. Fully furnished with bedding, towels, dishes, cookware, toiletries. The Morris Manor and Retreat

Our property is meant to be calming, fun and relaxing. Camping with class is what we like to say. We are constantly upgrading our areas and property to be safe and entertaining. Our pond is charming and the focal point of the camping adventure. We have a paddle boat and an electric john boat to toodle around in. Want to go fishing? The pond is stocked with bass, catfish, crappie, bluegill and perch. There is also a small island we call “Angel Island” that you can fish from or just sit on the deck with your favorite beverage and enjoy the view. There is a riding/walking trail that is approximately 0.7 miles in distance and basically encompasses the perimeter of the back area. Walking is common, bikes are welcome and small 4 wheelers are also welcome. No side by sides please. You won’t be over crowded here as we currently only have 7 total camping sites. However, we do have enough property to accommodate large parties, reunions or any other type of get-togethers. Come see us and enjoy time away from the fast paced city! You might hear the sounds of the coyotes yipping in the night or perhaps one of the great horned owls calling out from a big oak tree. You may also see some deer, rabbits, squirrels and even armadillos. We are rustic but classy. Time to get away and relax! Beautiful views from every vantage with a high field on one half of the property and a low bottom land near the creek where there are many options for a relaxing, private stay. Chose big sky or a more secluded spot. Incredible wildflowers on display in the spring. The property is not bordered by close neighbors or dense housing, just more land so sunsets and rises are wonderful and open. Low ambient light pollution at night means the stars are very bright (and so are the fireflies)! Guests are required to communicate estimated time of arrival well in advance. When arriving, make sure to meet Aaron or a designate at the red gate before entering further into the property. If tent camping, please do not bring glass containers, also you must pack out all garbage and waste. Inquire ahead of time to see if firewood is available to be gathered on site, or if you will need to bring your own. No uninvited guests without 24 hour prior approval, and additional guest fees paid. Also please no more than one dog per site.
