3 nights at Coyote Creek Farm

My time at the farm was very special. I came as a female solo tent camper who has never been to Waco, and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The farm itself is so beautiful. I felt so much peace on Regena's land, and I also felt very safe the whole time. It is a private getaway, but super close to anything you'd want to do. Close enough to run back to the campsite in the middle of the day easily if I had forgotten something. Regena as a host goes way above and beyond to make you comfortable and anticipated any needs I may had. She offered alternative accommodations when a heavy rainfall came through, and was very easy to get ahold of if I ever needed anything. She gave awesome recommendations for places to check out in Waco, one of them being one of the coolest coffee shops I've been to (you'll have to stay here and ask her to find out what it is :) Overall, I miss it there already and I hope to come back soon! Thanks for the southern hospitality Regena!

Regina had a wonderful property! She went over and beyond as far as hosting was concerned. The place was beautiful and we will be back! She kept the toilet and trash cleaned constantly. 5 stars for sure!!

3 nights at Coyote Creek Farm

We went as a large group and Regina was an amazing host! We can't control the weather, but even with rain everything was great! And once the sunshine appeared it was even more amazing! She provided dry wood that we used and she kept the compost toilet and trash removed constantly! We will be going out to see her again!! Highly recommend this stay on your next trip out to Waco!

This was our 1st HipCamp experience. It will be hard to find another spot that will supass our amazing experience here. Site was amazing, level, water tasted great. No issues w hooking up. We had Sites 1&2. River view was great, it was really running due to the recent rains so we were unable to get in. The guys caught 10 large catfish. Our host mowed a trail to walk in the field, shared some firewood w us, showed off the new cabin that will be released on AirBNB soon, (CUTE!!) Fabulous property! 10/10 stars

Our small Girl Scout troop really enjoyed a laid back first time tent camping experience here at Llamaland Ranch. We opted for the pavilion site so we had access to running water, electric outlets, a really nice grill, and a small mini fridge. It was the perfect set up and for an experienced camper like myself it really felt like glamping. Judy and her son were very helpful and friendly. They provided plenty of feed for us to feed the Llamas and we didn't have any issues with them. The llamas were very gentle and curious. They came and went several times during our stay to visit us and other people in the other campsites. It was a beautiful place and I plan to come back out with family and friends in the future!

There are four RV sites number one is closest to the water and four is furthest, but all of them are still very close. The land is beautiful. It was a lot of fun there. It was so peaceful and quiet. The host was very helpful. When we showed up a man came out and helped us guide our RV in. All in all I believe this park would be fun for anyone who likes privacy with large trees and a river within a minutes walk. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time camping at Regina's farm, it was peaceful & Regina was very sweet, friendly & accomodating. There was a chance of high wind & storm & she offered for us to leave our Travel trailer & come back for it if we needed to, luckily there was no need, we only got a little shower & all was fine, but it was super sweet of her to offer. She came to our site several times to remove trash & replace trash bag from the bin on our site & checked the compost toilet to clean it too, she even made several trips to take some of us to tour her property in her golf cart at different times, super friendly, I would definitely be back, thanks for hosting us Regina, and thank you for the sweet thank you note you left early in the morning in our truck, to find before we left at 7:30am, God bless you!

We had an absolute blast at Llama land! Site 1 was perfect for our littles, we had full access to the llamas but a nice fence to keep kiddos and animals separate. Lots of friendly cats and dogs on property, which the kiddos also loved. The pond was a hit for fishing, bathrooms were as clean as you'd expect for a campsite maybe even cleaner than I expected, and the property was gorgeous. Judy was one of the friendliest and most helpful property owners I've dealt with, and you can tell her and her crew love what they do. We will absolutely be back!

Amazing space!! Beautiful property and the llamas are adorable. Quiet, calming, zen.

It is a great location and is very peaceful in a picturesque setting on the Brazos River with plenty of springtime bluebonnets. Plenty of catfish. Space 1 is closest to the river.

We absolutely loved our stay at llama land Ranch. The hosts were unbelievably kind and generous. The llamas were very friendly and the kids enjoyed them as well. The campsites were spaced nicely and well maintained we will be back very very soon. We definitely recommend staying here!

1 night at Llama Land Ranch

Judy was a very accommodating host. We got in pretty late and she showed us around our campsite. The land was very green and well kept and the trees were massive. The campsites were very well set up very nicely with swings, fire pits, and rocking chairs. The dog and cats roaming around were super friendly. The llamas were pretty cool and they love the food. You have to bribe them with food to get them interact with you though, but they are very chill. The bathroom was very clean and nice and had running water. I wish I could’ve found the creek but I couldn’t find the trail to it. Overall great experience!

If you have reservations with the llamas don't worry. The host is outstanding and you have the option to camp right with the llamas or in one of serveral spots fenced off while still allowing you to feed them if you choose. I stayed at site 5, that had plenty of amenities and space for my camp setup.

We had a great time staying on Regina's property. It was so quiet and peaceful on this site. And visiting bWaco for the first time was great. We would stay here again when we pass thru. Dale & LeAnne

We had 20 Girl Scouts tent camp at Llama Land Ranch, and we had such a great time! We had planned to camp by the pond, but we were happily surprised to be placed near the pavilion instead. So we had shelter, electricity, an amazing outdoor kitchen, and a bathroom with running water! The llamas came and slept near us both nights, and we felt like they were watching over us. We also loved feeding them! We can't wait to go back and bring even more Girl Scouts with us. As other reviewers have said, Judy is a wonderful host. I expect I'll be returning to Llama Land Ranch many times.

We love llama land. The llamas are very calm and friendly. We got llama feed and they loved it. Had a very peaceful time here.

1 night at Llama Land Ranch

We absolutely loved this place! Regena was extremely kind and accommodating. The place was very well kept and the entrance was easy to spot in the nighttime. If you don’t see it, you didn’t go far enough lol. Do expect some donkey noises from time to time but you are with nature!

Judy was so kind and helpful and the llamas were amazing. Friendly cute. I have two sets of friends that want to go there with me so I will definitely be back.
