Pastures are mowed three times a year and always look beautiful. There is some
terrain that is rough and the land has not been traveled. Bring machetes and a compass (We are not a rescue team). The land is ready to be loved by our visitors.

Established 1996, The farm is situated just minutes from Magnolia-Silos, the Dr. Pepper museum, Baylor University, the Texas Ranger museum, BSR Waterpark, the Waco Mammoth National Monument (US National Park Service), and plenty of magnificent restaurants.
There are no power lines over the property so I invite you to bring a kite to fly! You may even see one or two of mine in the sky. The theme of Coyote Creek Farm is tranquility. It is camping without someone crowding into your space. It is freedom from the hectic pace of the city.
There is a well maintained Compost Toilet on the property as well! Each individual campsite has a portable potty bucket provided. Nearly any spot you are on has an amazingly delightful view. You can see the sun rise over the trees or the sun set behind a gently sloping hill. You will have access to all of the 30 acres. There are paths to walk, a stocked tank to fish in, (bass, catfish and blue gill), and oak and pecan trees to sit under and view the clouds as they drift overhead. The noises you hear will be cattle calling to their little ones, birds singing, and in the evenings, coyotes howling.

We have always enjoyed camping, scuba diving and travel... anything outdoors. We made a promise that If ever given the chance to share that joy with others we would and make it a great experience. We searched and searched looked at a lot of properties North of the Woodlands, to build our home. On a Saturday morning, my husband told me about a dream of 3 very tall and Magnificent Trees, soaring way up in the sky. A few days later we were walking through the forest looking at a 20 acre tract of land for sale with our realtor, I'm thinking, "oh how would we ever get this cleared, this is a lot of work" Then, up ahead was a clearing and right in the middle were 3 of the tallest, most magnificent Cedar trees. They were perfectly planted standing side by side. We both looked at each other and said," Oh this must be it". The rest is history. This was our 3rd time going we weren’t able to stay overnight but the day and the weather were amazing so decided to just have a day of relaxing here at Lama land and it truly never disappoints we had a very peaceful relaxing day :) and pumpkin the cat even took a nap with my wife lol we love it here.

A beautiful property with several camping spots, all seemingly 50 yards apart, so it felt very private, secluded, beautiful sunsets, and the Llamas were a fun thing to do for my son.
There were add-on options at checkout for llama feed, smore and hot dog kits, which I felt were all very fairly priced. Check-in was easy and communication was great. Highly recommend!

I didn’t get the chance to meet Judy in person, but she was nothing but responsive and helpful! I only got the Day Pass so i could get a lay for the land and spend some time in nature, and even if I couldn’t stay for long, it was a wonderful and peaceful time. Definitely will be booking a campsite in the future (and buying some food for the llamas!) when the weather warms up a bit, cause I would love to come back and stay for the whole day.
PS: the cat wandering the property was an absolute sweetheart. Didn’t expect to make a friend while I was there!

We loved camping on Regena’s land. She met us on the driveway and took us to our campsite. She picked one out for us that’s mostly grass, a nice newer picnic table, bucket potty that she emptied out for us, fire ring and trash bin. Her property was so private, Regena was the only person we saw. We loved the two nights we were there. Easy drive to Waco, we went antique store shopping and went to the Silos. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time at Regena's place! It was our first trip with our youngster, so it was a bit of a trial run. Everything went great. Regena is close by and easy to get a hold of, but doesn't impede on you at the same time. She is a fantastic host- super nice and accommodating. Exactly the type of host you want. The location is outside of the city and is rural, but is also only a 12 minute drive to the grocery store for when you realize you forgot your coffee, like I did. There are some houses relatively close to the RV site, but all the properties have acreage, so the closest is about about a hundred yards away and is hidden behind trees, even in winter months when the trees aren't bloomed. Overall we enjoyed it very much and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

This place is a great quite family get away with lots to do. Very beautiful land and scenery. The kids had a blast fishing out of all the ponds while the cows were hanging out all around us! Cabin is nice, clean, and peaceful. Will definitely be staying again and highly recommend visiting!

Good campsite, chose to camp outside enclosure but camping inside with the lamas is an option. I was worried they might be too pushy bit they were very friendly, only really pushed if you had food for them, then they'd surround you. Very large area, free to walk around, lovely vibes.

We loved camping this weekend in our 5th wheel! Everything about it was fabulous. Becky is a great host. The only thing that was tricky for us, because we arrived after dark, was getting to the right road that lead into the property. When I called, they were very helpful and we slid right into spot #1. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we booked the site again and another spot for friends. I am definitely looking forward to our next adventure!

Shaded sites all around for our 21 footers, yet nice and open grounds. Host was very communicative and available! Sites were deep for larger rigs. Pretty and peaceful setting with roads to walk down, and one can't beat the easy river access on a warm day. Full hookups too! Nice deep fire pits, but mine could've used some cleanup from previous campers. Nice mowed lots, but tons of leaves and some branches on the ground (to be expected this time of year on windy days). Nearby house to sites 3-4 was quiet and went unnoticed! Surprisingly, there's a bit of highway noise from miles away to the West/SW, but not enough to hinder a relaxing time. Plenty of picnic tables! I'm recommending and will return.
