Within 10 minutes of Cedar Creek Lake! Back in the depression days, back before WWII, they cut off part of the river to increase food supply. Great for canoeing and fishing. We have 40 acres for you to camp on and have access to anything nearby. In the summertime, you can pick all the grapes you can possibly carry out of there. 1 hour from First Monday Trade Days, which is the largest flea market in the US!

50 acres of land, located 10 min. from Cedar Creek Lake. There are also several other waterways for fishing and canoeing within 10 min. of this property. It is also 45 min. from the famous First Monday Trade Days in Canton, Texas. The property is a combination of rolling pasture and dense woods. Water and electricity are available at the entrance of property. I have also added to well stocked ponds to the property for you to catch dinner. Keep just enough for dinner please.

Coyote Creek Farm

Established 1996, The farm is situated just minutes from Magnolia-Silos, the Dr. Pepper museum, Baylor University,  the Texas Ranger museum, BSR Waterpark, the Waco Mammoth National Monument (US National Park Service),  and plenty of magnificent restaurants. 
There are no power lines over the property so I invite you to bring a kite to fly! You may even see one or two of mine in the sky. The theme of Coyote Creek Farm is tranquility. It is camping without someone crowding into your space. It is freedom from the hectic pace of the city.
There is a well maintained Compost Toilet on the property as well! Each individual campsite has a portable potty bucket provided.  Nearly any spot you are on has an amazingly delightful view. You can see the sun rise over the trees or the sun set behind a gently sloping hill. You will have access to all of the 30 acres. There are paths to walk, a stocked tank to fish in, (bass, catfish and blue gill),  and oak and pecan trees to sit under and view the clouds as they drift overhead. The noises you hear will be cattle calling to their little ones, birds singing, and in the evenings, coyotes howling.

B2 Ranch Lake Cabin

B2 Ranch is a 1600 + acre working cattle ranch in Freestone County TX that consists of pastures, rangeland, woods and wetlands. Our goal is to sustainably run our beef cattle business in a way that is always seeking to enhance and improve the land as a whole. We sell pastured, grassfed veal and beef. As a guest at B2 ranch you will have the opportunity to explore, hike, bike, kayak, canoe, fish, observe wildlife, or just relax. Also, the lake cabin is the only guest accommodation on the ranch, making it a true get away.The lake cabin at B2 Ranch is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin overlooking a 3 acre spring fed lake. The newly furnished cabin includes a king size bed, a pullout sofa, refrigerator with small freezer, microwave, tv with dvd player (no cable or satellite), and coffee maker with coffee. Linens, towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner are also included. A fire pit with cooking grill is located just outside the cabin as well as a charcoal grill. It does not include a stove or oven.As part of your stay at B2 Ranch, you have access to 2 kayaks, a canoe and flat bottom boat along with paddles and life jackets. The lakes on the ranch are stocked with bass and open for fishing.When staying at B2 Ranch you are free to explore and roam the ranch. There are miles of roads and trails where you can see an abundance of wildlife. Guests have access to the 1600+ acre ranch for most of the year. ​Our RV sites are spacious and easily accessible for even the larger class A motor-homes. We have both pull-through and a few back-in sites. All of our sites are equipped with water, sewer, 50 amp and 30 amp electrical hook ups. We also have a propane fueling, bottle filling and cylinder exchange station.  We are conveniently located less than 1 mile from Homestead Heritage.
