Waterfront Lot 100 yards from clubhouse with pool, grill, washer & dryer, bathrooms, showers, boat ramp, and fishing pier. The dog park and playground are within walking distance. Property is gated. Best sunsets in North Texas on Texas's second largest reservoir. Kick back and relax at this oasis just one hour south of Dallas.

    Lot 51 Peninsula Point RV Resort
    The site was beautiful. The bathhouse/clubhouse was wonderful. The Staff were very nice. My mixed feeling comes from the sites being privately owned and having “property lines”, but us not knowing where those lines are. It was obvious to stay on our site pads, but it’s the not knowing if we were allowed to walk along the shore line that was a little unwelcoming. Or if the kids were allowed to play at the playground beyond a certain time.

    Beautiful spot to watch sunsets. The property is clean l, well maintained, and peaceful.
