Main House Layout: First Floor: There are two bedrooms with king-sized beds. One of these rooms also has a sofa bed. There's also a TV room with another sofa bed. Additionally, two folding beds are available on this floor.
Second Floor: There is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a pop-up trundle bed (equivalent to two full-size beds). In the living room, there's another sofa bed.
The house is set up to comfortably accommodate three couples, each with two children. I loved fishing on Susan’s land. Beautiful day in late December, caught lots of fish. Spend the day kayaking around looking for the ultimate big bass. Finally, caught the big one right before I packed up. My two dogs had the best time running and swimming for hours. I was able to meet Susan and her husband, super nice people. I would highly recommend this place.

My family and I had a great time! Rick was a perfect host. We mentioned wanting to do some fishing, so he put us near the pond. We were able to catch some decent-sized largemouth bass and bluegill. At our camp, we were visited by many of the animals roaming around. Willie and Doc really enjoyed hanging around our camp.

Price was high for what they offered. No office staff in office. Dog park would have been nice but no one ☝️picked up so it was very dirty. They did have a dig wash station. The site grass was high with lots of bees. They dod come by layer to mow it which was nice

We loved staying at this spot. Seeing the goats, donkeys, and chickens was a highlight of the trip for my kids. The family was very helpful and kind. It is a beautiful property with the rv spot next to a second garage. Easy access to the city. We would love to stay there again if we passed through. I definitely had to double check the camper before leaving to make sure my kiddo didn’t try to smuggle a goat or two home because they were so cute. Thanks so much it was a trip to remember.
