Nestled between Ouachita National Forest property and the Ouachita River, our Haven is a peaceful little slice of nature for you to take a break, catch your breath, and enjoy the outdoors! Property has 1000 ft of river access, with canoe & kayak docks, swimming hole, volleyball and tetherball, horseshoes, swings.

Electric sites are 30 amp, if using for tent camping you will need a 3-prong converter (we can rent one to you for $5 if you do not have your own). RV/Camper MAXIMUM length is 28 feet.
Tipi rental is a camping experience only; it does not have electricity, a/c or heat. There are solar lights inside. We do have a Queen Sized outdoor bed and bedding available to add to rental for $10/night.
Bunkhouse is a camping experience - bring your own bedding. A/C, heat, electricity, TV & DVDs, Microwave, and Mini fridge are inside. Guests use campground restrooms
Campground restrooms and showers are a short walk from campgrounds.
We are pet-friendly. Dogs must be leashed at all times that they are not in a tent or camper and friendly with other dogs and people. There is a working dog on the property-he is friendly with all people and dogs.

Welcome! We want to note on the front hand that if you decide to stay with us you will be staying in a pasture behind a gate. This is especially important if you are tent camping, because your things will be safe while you explore Hot Springs and surrounding areas unlike a State Park or regular campground!
Our land is home to a plethora of animals that you can visit with or just watch during your stay.
Depending on the time of year and where we are at in our pasture rotation will dictate where the horses and most of the cattle herd are at. If you message me I can let you know! Our goats and a couple of our cows are at the end of the road on the right!
The animals you can see are our cattle (most of their names are on their ear tags), horses, goats (working on getting collars with names, Pickles the mini donkey (he’s with the cows), and chickens (when they go out to free range).
We also have a stocked pond that you can bring your fishing gear and fish! There are bass, catfish and bream!
If you want to love on a cow then Pepper the Holstein is your girl! She is at the end of our road to the right with our other very sweet mini jersey Penelope! Pepper knows her name and will come to the fence to talk to you!
The horses names are Vivian and Bonnie and they sometimes stay in the pasture with our campers, but they are at a different pasture for now! Vivian is the larger of the two white horses and she loves attention. Bonnie is also white, but she is a bit smaller. She is Viv's sister!
There is also always the opportunity to see several species of wildlife while here!
Part of our land is cleared for pasture and the rest is undisturbed forest. Two different creeks and hundreds of cedars adorn the land, hence the name "Cedar Creek Farms." Come enjoy the sounds of Ouachita Mountain nature and farm life with us!

We are a short scenic 12 mile drive from Little Missouri Falls, Bard Springs, and Albert Pike with area hiking trails, cascading waterfalls, and beautiful backroads. We are within 10 miles of the Caddo River and local canoe rental. Glenwood is 20 minutes away with gas stations, restaurants, and flea markets. Wegner Crystal Mine is located in Mt Ida, approx 40 minutes from our park. We are within a hour drive of Hot Springs; Bathhouse Row, Garvin Woodland Gardens, Mountain Tower, Crystal Ridge Distillery, Magic Springs, various tourist activities, restaurants and shopping. Mena is located within an hour drive of our park; Blue Zipline, restaurants, shopping.
Once a guest's books any of our sites, our Guest Terms and Conditions Waiver will need to be signed/agreed to this can be found on our website and will be sent via guest FIRST welcome email after guest books their site.
Waiver must be signed before guest entry is given into our park, no exceptions, due to our insurance constraints! We must receive our signed waiver no less than 7 days prior to your stay with us, which we will not repeatedly ask for, your stay will just be cancelled!

IMPORTANT River Usage: Southfork of the Caddo River is an extraordinary body of water and considered non-navigable; guest's may FLOAT down the MIDDLE of the creek for fishing, swimming, kayaking but must enter on our property, guest may not step out of the floating device on another person's private creek property and must remain in the floating device; during your stay guest's must stay within our private property creek footage for swimming or wading in the creek, if guest's encounter anyone along the river that does not allow this recreational activity please refer them to us, so we can refer it to the local game and fish department for investigation. It is always useful to carry your video camera with you so there is no he said, she said. We encourage our guest's to use the local lakes (Fancy Hill Lake, Lake Ouachita and Lake Greeson) and USFS streams for fishing and wading including the beautiful Little Missouri Falls.

Nestled between Ouachita National Forest property and the Ouachita River, our Haven is a peaceful little slice of nature for you to take a break, catch your breath, and enjoy the outdoors! Tipi rental is a camping experience only; it does not have electricity, a/c or heat. There are solar lights inside. We do have a Queen Sized outdoor bed and bedding available to add to rental for $10/night.
Bunkhouse is a camping experience - bring your own bedding. A/C, heat, electricity, TV & DVDs, Microwave, and Mini fridge are inside. Guests use campground restrooms
Campground restrooms and showers are a short walk from campgrounds.
We are pet-friendly. Dogs must be leashed at all times that they are not in a tent or camper and friendly with other dogs and people. There is a working dog on the property-he is friendly with all people and dogs.

We are also located near the Wolf Pen Gap ATV trails, and guests can ride directly to the trails from their RV site. River. This 151 mile long river was once the grounds of the Caddo Native American Tribe. The river is now home to a wide variety of wildlife, and offers multiple species of fish. This area offers a wide open space for exercising, walking/bike riding along a country road, or just relaxing by the riverbank. Want a little more adventure? This area boasts an expansive network of country dirt roads and trails for your ATV/UTV or Jeep, and is less than five miles from the Ouachita National Forests' Fourche Mountain Trail. All this but still close to civilization. A 24 hour convenience store is less than two miles from the campsite. This quaint little spot has a lot to offer!

Welcome! We want to note on the front hand that if you decide to stay with us you will be staying in a pasture behind a gate. This is especially important if you are tent camping, because your things will be safe while you explore Hot Springs and surrounding areas unlike a State Park or regular campground!
Our land is home to a plethora of animals that you can visit with or just watch during your stay.
Depending on the time of year and where we are at in our pasture rotation will dictate where the horses and most of the cattle herd are at. If you message me I can let you know! Our goats and a couple of our cows are at the end of the road on the right!
The animals you can see are our cattle (most of their names are on their ear tags), horses, goats (working on getting collars with names, Pickles the mini donkey (he’s with the cows), and chickens (when they go out to free range).
We also have a stocked pond that you can bring your fishing gear and fish! There are bass, catfish and bream!
If you want to love on a cow then Pepper the Holstein is your girl! She is at the end of our road to the right with our other very sweet mini jersey Penelope! Pepper knows her name and will come to the fence to talk to you!
The horses names are Vivian and Bonnie and they sometimes stay in the pasture with our campers, but they are at a different pasture for now! Vivian is the larger of the two white horses and she loves attention. Bonnie is also white, but she is a bit smaller. She is Viv's sister!
There is also always the opportunity to see several species of wildlife while here!
Part of our land is cleared for pasture and the rest is undisturbed forest. Two different creeks and hundreds of cedars adorn the land, hence the name "Cedar Creek Farms." Come enjoy the sounds of Ouachita Mountain nature and farm life with us!

We are a short scenic 12 mile drive from Little Missouri Falls, Bard Springs, and Albert Pike with area hiking trails, cascading waterfalls, and beautiful backroads. We are within 10 miles of the Caddo River and local canoe rental. Glenwood is 20 minutes away with gas stations, restaurants, and flea markets. Wegner Crystal Mine is located in Mt Ida, approx 40 minutes from our park. We are within a hour drive of Hot Springs; Bathhouse Row, Garvin Woodland Gardens, Mountain Tower, Crystal Ridge Distillery, Magic Springs, various tourist activities, restaurants and shopping. Mena is located within an hour drive of our park; Blue Zipline, restaurants, shopping.
Once a guest's books any of our sites, our Guest Terms and Conditions Waiver will need to be signed/agreed to this can be found on our website and will be sent via guest FIRST welcome email after guest books their site.
Waiver must be signed before guest entry is given into our park, no exceptions, due to our insurance constraints! We must receive our signed waiver no less than 7 days prior to your stay with us, which we will not repeatedly ask for, your stay will just be cancelled!
We may ask a few questions prior to accepting a booking request at our campground area, these are not ("maybe", "possibly", or generic answer’s that are needed) they are yes, no, and specific’s for your stay with us; if you do not wish to relay this information to us; then we kindly suggest you book your stay in another campground.

IMPORTANT River Usage: Southfork of the Caddo River is an extraordinary body of water and considered non-navigable; guest's may FLOAT down the MIDDLE of the creek for fishing, swimming, kayaking but must enter on our property, guest may not step out of the floating device on another person's private creek property and must remain in the floating device; during your stay guest's must stay within our private property creek footage for swimming or wading in the creek, if guest's encounter anyone along the river that does not allow this recreational activity please refer them to us, so we can refer it to the local game and fish department for investigation. It is always useful to carry your video camera with you so there is no he said, she said. We encourage our guest's to use the local lakes (Fancy Hill Lake, Lake Ouachita and Lake Greeson) and USFS streams for fishing and wading including the beautiful Little Missouri Falls.

My fiance and I found this private paradise on a river 🤗 it was perfect!!! 💓
Tent site plenty of room for alot of tents 2 rv/camper hookups. New bathroom installed (shower not completed yet). Perfect for solo, couples, families and friends gathering. All private one booking. Had small fridge and cook burner, and firewood provided and kayaks and a small boat to rent cheap.
Loved the deck with kitchenette and picnic table and the arched fireplace area with swinging benches and chair.
So relaxing!! I stayed up very late and was up very early swinging next to firepit, looking at the stars listening to crickets and water flowing, firepit and the morning birds chirping, water flowing and faint rooster call in distance.
Very nice host came by to check in about an hour after we arrived. Will def be back.
Didn't catch any fish. So relaxing under the stars listening to the river flow. Neighbors up the road with chickens u can see from a distance free range. Def recommend!

We (two adults and two dogs) enjoyed our stay with our 23 foot camper. We were the only people at the campsite, which was wonderful for all of us. The site is pretty and level and the access to walk alongside the river bank was a perk. Johnny was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks Johnny!

All three of the camp sites would have been great; we stayed at Site 1 just next to the deep ravine. The sunset and sunrise views were wonderful. We greatly enjoyed river barges that passed by throughout the night (5 or 6). Their arrival and passage was subtle but apparent. Wood was available for a campfire in the provided ring but due to the wind off the river we chose not to light a fire. We saw a variety of wild fowl. Our two dogs enjoyed the environment following a half day of road travel. We had no trouble locating the camp. We look forward to returning with friends.

We loved the property. Being right on the water was awesome. We brought our 2 dogs who could play in the water and run off leash. It’s very private and a major bonus was the newly built bathhouse. It was peaceful and relaxing, would definitely rent again!!

we loved our stay at finish line! it truly *was* our finish line multiples time.
the showers are incredible, no time limit, perfect water pressure. laundry was a lil expensive, but it is what it is.
the parking pads were great but if you’re parked on the hill you’re going to have to level anyway. we don’t do that usually, and stuff was sliding off counters at some points BUT we could get into leveling, we just don’t want to. but it’s worth a thought if you also don’t tend to level your rig.

We had an amazing stay here! The entire place was so peaceful and relaxing—exactly what we needed. The creek right behind our site was such a highlight; it was calm, beautiful, and our kids and dogs absolutely loved playing and exploring there.
We made a full day of it—explored the Ouachita forest in an SxS we rented from DLR Off-Road Rentals, then grabbed lunch at Big Fork Mall and treated ourselves to ice cream nachos after. It made for the perfect adventure-filled day.
Everything about this spot made it easy to unwind and enjoy time together as a family. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this place to all of our friends and family!

Launa is an excellent host! If you are in the area it’s a must stay. The history of the property. Launa’s amazing pottery, her soap is top notch, homemade bread and eggs were waiting for us when we arrive and it was perfect addition for our breakfast. Our kids enjoyed playing at the property. Great location to explore the area. Totally recommend!

Lake Sylvia Campground
This campground is incredibly well maintained. The campsites almost all have access to power and water which would make it super easy to be out there with a trailer for an extended period of time. The area is beautiful. We brought our trailer and standup paddle boards to get around the lake. There’s also a really pretty hike with a trailhead at the back of the campground.

Just a fantastic get-away camp for all ages with spring fed lake nestled down into the surrounding hills. Used to go on memorial day fat tire mtb festivals each year for next to free, 3-5 days of blissful peace and nonstop recreation in a mess camp setting with folks from all over to enjoy and suffer slightly with on the many bike adventures. Folk from nearby Ark. would organize, plan for and provide so much joy for so little in asking they quit after 5-6 yrs. Dallas-Ft. Worth people took it up to reserve the weekend for many more.. a little out of the way but alot of good times to be had hiking, trekking, digging crystals and boating, fishing or paddling only a stone throw, great places to discover by bicycle and clean spring waters abound

We had a wonderful time here last year! Our grandchildren loved playing in the creek by the bridge and swimming in the dammed off area! Chasing lightning bugs was a big hit! We saw several deer right outside the door of our camper. Very peaceful and serene area (after the grands went home). Plan on coming back here every year!
