Weekend Trip to The Reserve at GreenLeaf

We had such a wonderful time. Our hosts greeted us for a short intro to the place which was nice. I got some pointers on how to use a French Coffee press (you'll see) and we got the lay of the land. There are walking trails, a community fire pit (there are only 4 yurts), a pavilion with Corn Hole type games and a hot tub (didn't try it out). It was extremely peaceful and calm. A great place to forget about things for a couple of days. Also, Bastrop has a nice downtown area. We ate at Neighbors (?) downtown and enjoyed sitting on the patio by the river.

Fantastic setup with very spacious accommodations. The group fire pits were great and the star gazing was perfect. Highly recommended for a weekend.

Lovely site, host was responsive and helpful, the yurt was really comfortable and had everything we needed, and the hot tub was awesome at night with all the stars! Highly recommended!!
