Weekend Trip to Ranch 3232
This is my second time staying at Ranch 3232 and I loved it even more. Getting there from Austin is super easy and convenient. The campsite is always beautiful and well maintained. There is a kitchen shack with lots of pots and pans, cups, mugs, silverware, a coffee pot, and an electric hot water kettle. This site has the best of both worlds rustic and convenient.

This was my second time staying at this ranch. Very close to the Park we hiked at! Lots of privacy. I also love that they offer restrooms.

Ranch 3232 is a great option for camping and still having some nice amenities close by. Clean private bathrooms with showers. Water stations. Cute land to walk around on. The goat was hilarious and added a fun touch. The best view is near the dumpster or up on 3232. Highly recommend this campground. The host is very polite and communicates well.

We really enjoyed RV camping at Al’s Hideout. Gordon and Jennifer are great host!! Everything was great. The property is beautiful, and the amenities are top notch. We will definitely be back, and would highly recommend. Thank you Guys so much!!

Weekend Trip to Ranch 3232
We had a fantastic stay this past weekend in the Apache Tent! The set up inside the tent was roomie and very comfortable. The restroom/shower area were close and clean. They had many welcoming touches through out the site. Hoping I can find a weekend to return with my grandson.

Beautiful ranch and campground. Very clean. Primitive site E was exactly what I wanted. I car camped 3 nights and it was very peaceful and safe. The bath house provided hot showers and a restroom. Great communication with the host.

A very quiet, private amd well equipped HipCamp that is far enough from “civilization” to be properly restful, and close enough to Fredericksburg (14 miles) to make it a great base to explore the wonderful Hill Country. We would definitely return.

Amy’s ranch was exactly what I needed to rest and recharge. My dog and I came out together and had a wonderful time at Tent Site C. The bathrooms and showers were clean and well kept, the community kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need. I forgot to pack a coffee cup and was able to use one in the kitchen!
The site itself was perfect. Very well kept and accessible. My camping neighbors were quiet and the goats on the land were a fun surprise. The weather was perfect and the sky views in the morning and at night were so stunning. I really have no critiques, and will definitely be staying at the campgrounds again.

Lovely site, we were in a shady spot which was perfect to escape the heat. Good facilities, private bathroom cubicles, and free laundry use which was excellent. Super friendly manager who was a joy to chat to! The goats are very cute and friendly (top tip: they love Cheerios!) Would definitely stay again

We decided to go on a last-minute camping trip on a holiday weekend, and we could not find any spots available at any parks. We happened across this space and we feel so grateful that we did! We had primitive site I and I think it’s the best site out there. It was well shaded and we did not see or hear anyone unless we drove up to the community area, which is also within walking distance. They have hot showers, toilets, and an adorable community kitchen and a fire pit area that people could join together if they want. It was literally seven minutes from Pedernales State Park, which was amazing! The bathrooms were pretty decent. About what you would expect for a campsite. Not super clean but not dirty either. We would love to go back and highly recommend.

Not really a ‘HipCamp’, or what we look for in a ‘HipCamp’ (small, off the beaten track, private owner) but Oak Forrest is an excellent, modern, well maintained, full service RV (and mini-home) Park.
We stayed here at short notice, another HipCamp provider let us down, and booked in a rush (with little research) as we were visiting Austin for the ACL Music Festival. We spent very little time indeed actually at the RV Park but couldn’t fault it in anyway.
While not ‘cheap’ we thought it good value.
So, if we were visiting Austin and wanted this type of up-scale RV Park experience, we would certainly use it again. Of its type, I’d consider it excellent.

This is a great place to camp. The communal kitchen was awesome and came in clutch with the burn ban. Amy even informed us that we could use the contained grill for smores. Bathhouse was pretty clean and hot water worked. Great night sky views and close to lots of great places. Up the road from Pedernales SP which was awesome. Our kids loved meeting other kids and playing around the communal area. Great place to camp
