WATER LEVEL and FLOW The water level in photos are accurate. The water level has dropped 12 feet since March 2023, to rebuild the dam that created our lake. There is a certain flow requirement downstream from our property, so we maintain a minimum flow and consistent level/depth regardless of rainfall. Depth varies from 4 feet at our stairs to 10+ feet in the middle of the channel. Additionally, there's no boat traffic, so it's ideal for kayaking and fishing year round. Water flow slows in warmer seasons, and plumes of button moss intermittently float up from the bottom, collecting at water's edge. We still swim among the button moss, but it may not be ideal for some. Unfortunately, there's no way to predict when it will emerge and how long it stays. Weekend Trip to Breathe Deeply

My fiancé and I had a great time staying in the airstream! The airstream was roomy and the bed was super comfortable. Landers has just about everything you could need on a relaxing get away. The outdoor shower was somewhat close to the other site but we felt that we had privacy during our time there. We loved getting to watch the ducks and love on the dogs on the property!

We had an amazing camping experience! The campsite was incredibly private and secluded, surrounded by beautiful trees that made us feel like we had our own little piece of nature. It was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to relax and disconnect. One of the highlights of our stay was spending the evening looking up at the beautiful night sky. Tamara and Landers were great hosts, very welcoming, friendly and cool people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the modern airstream. It was a nice getaway from downtown Austin. We also managed to cook steak over the cauldron that Tamara kindly helped us set up. Would definitely come back again if we have the chance!

Weekend Trip to Urban Hideout

Beautiful yard, I enjoyed exploring and we even got to climb the big tree! The cabin is clean and has lots of space to lie down and rest. Didn’t get to try the shower but it looks real charming. Going to the outhouse was also a neat experience. Brent came out to greet us when we first arrive, so we felt very welcomed!!

The place was great! The gated area was huge, plenty of room for the dogs to play fetch and chase each other around. Airstream has everything you need. Hosts were super accommodating, let us borrow salt and butter which we had forgotten. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is like an entire homey camping neighborhood renting out the entire camping neighborhood experience. The grounds were beautiful, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and it's situated right near tons of river activities. I stayed in a tiny home with my 5 year old, but we're trying the teepees next time!

Ultimate dog family getaway! Completely fenced in yard, no holes. My boys (dogs) loved the sound of nature out there and enjoyed the freedom of just roaming around. This is our second visit on this property and we will definitely be back again. The hosts are wonderful and easy to communicate with. The property is lovely and easy to navigate. We can’t wait to come back! Thank y’all so much!

5 nights at Cozy Cactus Airstream with Hot Tub

We had such a great stay in the cozy cactus. Adrienne did a great job with thoughtful touches like cold beer in the fridge and coffee cream to start us out! The outdoor shower was a favourite. Would stay again.

Weekend Trip to 3 Dry Wells Ranch

We loved our time at 3 dry Wells Ranch! We stayed in the sunset Hill Bell tent and it was perfect. We fit 3 people and 2 dogs comfortably. The view was amazing, and truly saw the most beautiful sunset. We felt secluded and it was super quiet! Just great place to unwind. Hosts were amazing, William brought us a second generous stack of wood we purchased for the pit. Well worth the money. Thank you!

Weekend Trip to Sound Ground

My gal friend and I had a great time at Sound Garden. We had the campground all to ourselves which made for lots of music playing and exploring the little trails throughout the grounds. 🎶🌱 Agarita was very comfortable, especially since it was a step up from the usual tent/air mattress situation. Very clean and cozy. Loved our visits from the ground animals, Rita and Cinnamon! Could have easily wandered over to Blanco State Park for some water relief, but we had enough activities and the weather was beautiful, so we stayed put. Kasey was a great host and the campground (including the outhouse) was super well kept. Bring bug spray!

I went with a very good friend and we enjoyed the natural habitat and quiet atmosphere. Everyone was nice and of the main set! Beautiful surrounding and view! Ps outside shower is fantastic! I want one 😉

1 night at Robins Nest AReal Treehouse w/ac

The Robins Nest is a really special place, a true hidden gem. My wife and I just stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and it was so peaceful. We spent two nights here and enjoyed soaking in the cowboy tub with the camp firing going and making smores. There’s nobody for miles and you get true privacy in the most beautiful treehouse. Shellie is so accommodating and really made our stay! A host like this is rare, you can tell she pours love into this treehouse with each little detail. My wife and I will definitely be back with our pup, I think he enjoyed it even more than we did, which is very hard to do ;)
