RV spots also available with full hook ups, fire pit and picnic tables. Also 1 fully furnished camper for rent and tent spots. We are almost never full and have plenty of space. Kayak rental and tube/shuttle available for additional fee. You could even rent the whole campground! $10 pet fee (per pet per night), must be added as an Extra and under 20lbs. All guests must sign online liability waiver before arrival.

We offer the top amenities and purchasable convenience at our Lakeside store right beside the RV spots including: bait, tackle, beverages, souvenirs and snacks. We Rent kayaks, Peddle boats, Canoes, other self-propelled boats, as well as jet-skis and a pontoon boat if you wish to go explore around the lake to get a magnificent inclusive experience of Lake Cisco. If you like to access the rustic outdoors and would like to catch your own dinner we also rent fishing poles and sell fishing licenses as well as other lake accessories. You'll enjoy fishing for Large mouth Bass, Big Catfish, and many other species including crappie, sand bass and perch. Swimming and spectacular sunsets on our large dock or with sand in your toes on our private beach! Cisco is famously know for having the First Hilton Hotel established in 1920, The Worlds Largest Swimming Pool(out of commission) and the Santa Clause Bank robbery. Some of its featured attractions are its Museums full of western history, Antique stores, gift shops, Shopping Boutiques, Downtown festivities, nightlife downtown at RedGap Brewery where they sell freshly brewed beer and Muddy Mikes for food beverages and entertainment. Cisco is home of the Cisco Pie fest. Take a walk downtown to marvel at all the fully restored 1920's buildings. We are 4.5 miles North of Downtown Cisco. There is hiking nearby at The Old Zoo Trails. You will have the Best Lake Life experience that will leave lasting impressions long after your stay. We are happy to accommodate and meet all your needs while you stay.

Little Off Lake House

Enjoy a country getaway on private 8 acre lake on 45 acres. A perfect escape from the city with gorgeous sunset views, Texas wildlife and a relaxing comfortable lake house with many amenities. Lake is full of Blue gill, bass, crappie, catfish. Since it's private lake there is no need for fishing license. Guest are welcome to explore most of acreage, pet donkeys, watch wildlife. We have fishing poles, Jon boats, motorized barge available for rent. If needed guests can pitch tents. There is fire pit, gas grill, diving board (when lake is full, as of May water is to low to dive). No food is provided you must bring your own, don't forget your coffee, there is a coffee pot but not coffee. Site is 10 minutes from Stephenville, 3 miles from County Store in Huckabay. Linens, towels provided. Board games, Wii, ping-pong table, outdoor games, trampoline on site. Land owners located across lake and may be on lake or available as needed. GPS should get you here. You will go past Little Off Ranch house, follow road to lake house. Keys will be left out on porch on arrival day. No Wi-Fi or television service at this time. TV is available to use for Wii or DVD/VHS. Large collection of movies available. Pets are welcome as long as they don’t damage home, chase cows, kill chickens or are dangerous to others. There is an extra fee for pets. If children are in, on or near water they should have life jackets on. There are various life jackets and floats available. Use best judgment, safety measures and laws required in TX. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS. Fishing Guidelines per visit: Bass 10”-14” keep, limit 10, Crappie limit 10, Catfish are catch and release for now, Bluegill (I call them perch) limit 10. NO SMOKING IN HOUSE PLEASE
