Marlena’s airstream is a great stay if you’re looking to disconnect and be off the grid. The property is beautiful, clean and comfy. She’s also very responsive, just in case you have questions.

My family and I had an amazing stay! Secluded and super large area for us alone, with a wonderful view on the hill country. Waking up to the view was an awesome experience!!
It was very quiet and yet all amenities for our camper (50A power, water, sewer…). My kids were able to run around, and enjoyed seeing the cattle on site, as well as deers that passed by.

We had a great stay with our three little girls! They loved the horses and the fishing. Make sure to put a tarp under your tent to protect it, since the ground is a little spikey.

This camping spot was a very awesome and unique site, including beautiful views just out of the city foreigner to feel secluded but also within 15 minutes from modern conveniences. The watering hole here is immaculate, beautifully clear water with an awesome swing by the tree to relax after a nice cool plunge. I would very much stay here again Bringing friends and family to this wedding venue like establishment.

We had such a great time on our recent trip to the swimming hole just outside of San Antonio! The campsite was peaceful and private—perfect for relaxing and letting the kids run around. They especially loved spending time at the swimming hole, which was a major highlight of the trip. We also really appreciated the farm fresh eggs—absolutely delicious! It was the perfect balance of country charm and convenience, with just a short drive into San Antonio where we visited Sea World and strolled the River Walk. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and refreshing getaway!

We stayed here while visiting Texas for our friend’s Air Force graduation—it’s about 45 minutes from the base. The views were amazing and the whole area felt peaceful and private, perfect for anyone who prefers space over crowded campgrounds.
Cows roam freely around the property, which was really cool to see—just watch your step for cow patties! 😆
The gravel road to the site is a bit steep and rough, so we were definitely glad to have four-wheel drive.
We travel with two dogs, and the owners were super considerate—they kept their own dog in a separate yard during our stay. That made things much easier and more relaxing for us.
We didn’t get a chance to try out the swimming hole, but it looked absolutely beautiful.
Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a peaceful, RV stay with a Texas hill country vibe!

What an incredible find! During the hot Texas summer, having a place to swim while camping is a must—and this spot delivered in every way. We’re always on the lookout for peaceful, private getaways that aren’t overcrowded, and this place checked all the boxes.
Getting to our RV spot was no issue, and the hookups made everything super convenient. Our 21-foot trailer fit perfectly and was easy to maneuver. Despite there being others on the property, the layout ensured plenty of privacy and a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
The real highlight? The swimming hole—it was absolutely perfect! Even our pup, who uses a wheelchair, had a blast swimming and cooling off. It was heartwarming to see him enjoy it so much.
One of my favorite parts was watching the baby cows roam and play. I even got the chance to feed them treats—such a special experience!
We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful area close to tubing rivers, New Braunfels and Gruene . The Swimming hole was the highlight for us ! Great camping spot ! The hosts were great , making sure our stay went well. Felt very safe as the property is gated. Surprisingly very little bugs/mosquitos in area where we camped

If you’re looking to visit San Antonio or to just relax this is a great place to stay! We stayed here for a few days in the rv and it was great. We had our 4 dogs and the views from where you park the RV was beautiful! We came in the dark and it was difficult to find the area but during the day it’s easy to maneuver. A very safe area and we felt safe the entire time. There’s a private swimming area ( was beautiful and fun for the dogs) cows are just by the swimming area. Such a beautiful place to camp at. We went to Guadalupe river ( a MUST see) if you want a days of swimming with the dogs or kids! Would return!

We stayed at Hill Country Views on Farm #1 from May 2nd to May 4th and loved the peaceful, scenic setting. Even though we got hit with heavy rain the first night, the gravel road and well-maintained site made things manageable, and the ground dried up quickly around the road. The view is incredible, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. We camped in an Aliner Evolution 15 travel trailer and had easy access to electric and water hookups, with clean bathrooms just a short walk away. The host was friendly but gave us plenty of space, which we appreciated. I’d recommend this spot to anyone.. tent campers, RVers, or overlanders with rooftop tents will all feel right at home here.

This was a great camping spot! We appreciated Michelle's communication and flexibility. The views (especially the sunset) were amazing and while there were other guests staying on the property, we had a secluded spot that made us feel like we had the place to ourselves. The bathrooms were a huge plus as well. The swimming hole was impressive although a little chilly for the March weather, but such a beautiful spot to relax. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed here for 1 night, it’s just what I needed while I was in town. Parked my truck on the flattest part I could find by the pond and set up camp and enjoyed the view of the night sky. Some horses were roaming at night but never approached, along with a pretty good amount of sheep in the morning. Expected, and it never smelled bad, so I didn’t mind. Cool spot, I’d come back again.
