Weekend Trip to Glamp 8 minutes fm Downtown ATX

Simple space in a great location close to all the cool east side spots and downtown and accessible to major roadways for exploring all the great city of Austin has to offer! It was a great combo of rustic nature in the heart of the city. Being in the heart of the city brings city noises so be prepared if you're a light sleeper and bring your earplugs or AirPods for some green noise cancellation. The outdoor shower was a lovely way to start my morning!

I loved staying at tent site B. It was easy to find, had a raised mulch pad for the tent, a couple of chairs, firepit, and grill. It was a short walk to the bathrooms/showers along a mulch path. Will definitely stay again when we come back to explore more.

We had fun tent camping at the farm. Got to meet a cute sheep and brush a pony. The space was private and nice so close to the river. The swing was a plus and our kids had so much fun. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay. Lucy and her Dog Toby were the best! Our dog loved playing with Toby in the fenced in back yard. It was like staying at a friends house. We parked on the driveway alongside her house. 3 miles from downtown Austin. Perfect.

Lucy’s Hipcamp spot was excellent! Easy to get in/out in my van and she had everything I needed, including a fenced yard for my pup to run around in, which he LOVED! And my small dog got along great with her bigger dog. Toby was a sweet heart, as was Lucy. Communication was great and the spot felt very private and I slept great! Book this spot!

Very well maintained and friendly atmosphere. The communal area came in clutch. Coffee in the morning gives you a brief chance to be social with other campers. The primitive sites are very secluded with the cedar trees surrounding them. Site H is by far the best. Your back is to to a fence and there is a trail connecting to the next site over for a bigger group. Road to the sites is a little rough but it adds to the experience. Overall it’s a great place and definitely worth a return visit.

We loved our time at BCBC Ranch! The land is quintessential Texas scenery. You're surrounded by cacti, longhorns, granite outcroppings, wildflowers and live oaks. We loved exploring Llano and the surrounding areas by way of the beautiful winding hill country roads. It was a camping trip we will not soon forget!! The hosts were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful weekend in nature with hiking, happy farm animals, camping shenanigans. There’s an outdoor sink, potable water, and a regular toilet. There’s a very nice communal area with picnic seating/kitchen that’s lit by night with cute string lighting. My favorite part was the walk in the woods down to the river where we met the 600-800 year old pecan Mother Tree. Then at the river we waded, the doggies swam and everyone took a nap in the sun. We all love animals dearly, and i surprised the group with the mini-horse grooming. Snickerdoodle was looking so cute after we brushed out her hair!

Such a wonderful accommodating camping experience! We set up tents and had a perfect walking distance from bathrooms and the community “armadillo shack” that was stocked with cooking tools, gas, charcoal and even freshly made coffee! Loved exploring the property and was an easy/ quick drive to the park. We will definitely go again.

Recent flooding made quite a mess but it's still pleasant here. Several friendly and permanent residents and farm animals. Creek-side private campground hideaway available. This is a CAMPGROUND: NO RV, ROOM, BED, INVOLVED - BRING A TENT AND GEAR FOR COMFORT (check my other listings for an RV stay). This a "want to camp" campground and not a living solution. If you "need to camp" due to financial or other reasons, Camp EZ will likely not be a good fit for you. 6 nights maximum stay. Not suitable for very young children. Please include your child in your count. Campfires in designated area only with permission (burn ban sometimes). Bring firewood. Community vibe 'round here; everyone is expected to be quiet and respectful of one another and clean up after themselves "leave no trace" style. Six night maximum stay. This is not a KOA or a state park. This is a home hostel/campground. It's kind of rustic and we like it that way. You may see a roach, ant or cricket and you may also see a deer, fox or coyote. We are busy and not always able to visit for long. Lots of remodeling and flood related cleanup chaos here but also lots of pretty and secluded nature. Short walk to bus stop and historic Sagebrush HonkyTonk and Austin Bergstrom Airport is 9 easy highway miles away. Rustic outdoor shower/kitchen/privy. BYOTent. East Austin City RV Spot near River

This RV spot offers the perfect blend of proximity to Austin's vibrant attractions, nature and the comfort of a cozy neighborhood setting. Situated on the side of my house, the site is 95' long. 38' of which is along my house. The width between the house and fence is 18 feet. This should fit any RV with 2 slides being open. As of March 2025, I have my RV parked in back. It still leaves 60+ feet for YOU! Your RV will overlap alongside the house; unless you prefer to be in the back, then we can discuss moving my RV. The entire lot is fenced in, granting guests(and pets) full use of the pool and yard. Enjoy privacy with no neighbors in the back and an 8' side fence where your RV will be parked. The lot is a city sized lot, less than 1/5 acre, but HipCamp won't let me put in less than 1 acre. Pictures show my white/red retro RV as well as other RV's and how they have fit with and without my RV. Backing in is best. You may find maneuvering backwards a bit challenging due to the angle from the street through the front gate and my house overhang. It can be done...it just may take a village! :o) There's plenty of room to tandem park a towed vehicle in front of your RV(fenced in too!), and both 50amp and 30amp electric hookups are located on the back side of my house near the water hookup. (NOTE: Hipcamp will not let me notate in the fields that I have a 50amp AND a 30amp, thus I have 2 sites listed. I have had 2 RV guests stay at same time, but will not book that unless I get the ok from all parties.) LIVE sewer hookup isn't available because my clean-out is in the front of the house. Dumping can be done on the way out or with a portable tank. Nestled in a charming, gentrifying neighborhood, expect the pleasant hum of city sounds (not overly loud) and glimpses of starlit skies. During your stay, I'll be residing in the house with my sociable dog, Toby. We'll be respectful of your privacy but available for any assistance you may need. Toby loves company, including other dogs, and has even been around cats with proper introductions. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to arrange a booking! Please note, hot tub in the pictures has died. RIP.

This RV/Camper spot is on a city-sized lot (less than ⅕ acre) next to my house, with a space measuring 75 feet long and featuring a 12-foot entrance. While the angled entrance from the street through the front gate may pose a slight challenge for larger rigs or trailers, there is ample room to tandem park a towed vehicle in front of your RV. A 30-amp electric hookup is conveniently located on the side of the house, with water access available from the rear. While sewer hookups are not available, we are happy to discuss nearby options for dumping gray and black tanks. During your stay, we'll be residing in the house but will respect your privacy while remaining available to assist with anything you might need. There’s even a "catio" in the backyard, where you might catch a glimpse of our shy and elusive cats! We’re pet-friendly and welcome your furry companions but kindly ask that you clean up after them. French Connection Wines is right next door and the renowned William Chris Vineyards is just 1 mile away. Not to be missed is the Garrison Brother's Bourbon Distillery, less than a mile down the street – you could even walk to all three! Our property features a shared, covered outdoor patio with a games court for corn hole, checkers, and bocce (checkers, boards and balls provided), gas fire pit, and a gas grill for those cooler nights. The patio is lighted with cafe lights. One of the RV slips is covered, while the other is nestled under a charming burr oak tree. On-site, we also offer a rental cabin. The covered RV slip is equipped with 30 and 50 amps, the other hookup is 50 amp, both have their own water and clean out connections. Both RV slips are on grass/dirt, and the entrance/exit is grass and dirt. Our property uses rain water recapture. Please conserve water when you can when cooking, washing up and cleaning. No washing of cars or RVs is allowed. Please note that there might be other guests staying on the property during your visit. Kindly be considerate of noise levels and how it may impact the experience of fellow guests. You may also be sharing amenities such as the grill, deck, outdoor kitchen, and games court. We welcome dogs, but it is your responsibility to manage their interactions with other guests' pets. Due to potential gaps or larger openings in the fencing, we recommend keeping your dog on a leash. The owners live on the far side of the property. The rest of the property is left natural for wildlife, so expect uneven terrain, tall grasses, and yes sometimes scorpions, spiders and snakes along with deer, armadillo, wild turkeys, and lots of songbirds.
