The covered RV slip is equipped with 30 and 50 amps, the other hookup is 50 amp, both have their own water and clean out connections. Both RV slips are on grass/dirt, and the entrance/exit is grass and dirt. *****IF IT RAINS heavily while you are here, please use the paved driveway to exit the property as you may get stuck in the grass at the big double gate.***** Our property uses rain water recapture. Please conserve water when you can when cooking, washing up and cleaning. No washing of cars or RVs is allowed. Please note that there might be other guests staying on the property during your visit. Kindly be considerate of noise levels and how it may impact the experience of fellow guests. You may also be sharing amenities such as the grill, deck, outdoor kitchen, and games court. We welcome dogs, but it is your responsibility to manage their interactions with other guests' pets. Due to potential gaps or larger openings in the fencing, we recommend keeping your dog on a leash. French Connection Wines is right next door and the renowned William Chris Vineyards is just 1 mile away. Not to be missed is the Garrison Brother's Bourbon Distillery, less than a mile down the street – you could even walk to all three! Our property features a shared, covered outdoor patio with a games court for corn hole, checkers, and bocce (checkers, boards and balls provided), gas fire pit, and a gas grill for those cooler nights. The patio is lighted with cafe lights. One of the RV slips is covered, while the other is nestled under a charming burr oak tree. On-site, we also offer a rental cabin. The covered RV slip is equipped with 30 and 50 amps, the other hookup is 50 amp, both have their own water and clean out connections. Both RV slips are on grass/dirt, and the entrance/exit is grass and dirt. *****IF IT RAINS heavily while you are here, please use the paved driveway to exit the property as you may get stuck in the grass at the big double gate.***** Our property uses rain water recapture. Please conserve water when you can when cooking, washing up and cleaning. No washing of cars or RVs is allowed. Please note that there might be other guests staying on the property during your visit. Kindly be considerate of noise levels and how it may impact the experience of fellow guests. You may also be sharing amenities such as the grill, deck, outdoor kitchen, and games court. Ranch 3232 is a great option for camping and still having some nice amenities close by. Clean private bathrooms with showers. Water stations. Cute land to walk around on. The goat was hilarious and added a fun touch. The best view is near the dumpster or up on 3232. Highly recommend this campground. The host is very polite and communicates well.

The location was central at 30+ minutes to wherever I wanted to go: Austin, Wimberley, San Antonio. I enjoyed the private, tree-covered camping spot. I saw bunnies, cats, deer, and all kinds of birds. If you’re a light sleeper or like to sleep in, be sure to bring ear plugs to hear less of the resident rooster. The hosts were caring, communicative, and accommodating, willing to share some of their covered patio when it rained. Thankful for the indoor bathroom facilities with hot water. My AT&T phone signal worked fine.

Big beautiful campsite right along the Colorado river gorgeous view. Super cute bath house with two showers one toilet there’s towels , shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. There’s a separate dishwashing station on the left side of the bathhouse. The host was extremely nice very responsive. She’s on the ground so if you ever need anything, she’s there to help. We’ll definitely return!

The site was big with a beautiful view of the river and well equipped with a fire pit, picnic table and even a hammock. Bathroom and showers were nice and clean and stocked with amenities like towels, bath rugs and even shampoo and body wash. There is a dish washing station on the side of the bathhouse that was very convenient and appreciated. Bridget was very friendly and helpful and she responded immediately to any questions. I kinda really don’t even want to leave a review because I don’t want the secret getting out. But this camp site is just amazing if you know what you’re getting into! It’s rustic, bring your own table and water rustic. But for that “downside” you get so many upsides. The quiet, ooooh the quiet. The stars and the quiet make you forget you’re only 30 minutes from home. The hosts are amazing, friendly, and on top of everything on the facility. As an example, there was a shortage of tp in one of the bathrooms, no big deal, I keep tp in the truck for this reason. But next time I went in (next morning) it was stocked! It’s the little things in that really and truly make this place incredible.

We had a great time here! Sites were large enough to accommodate 2 vehicles and a tent, plus 3 dogs. Bathrooms at the front were clean, plus a hose nearby for non potable water. We had fire wood delivered to our site a couple of times and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

There is 2 docks to swim, fish, or just to relax on. One of the docks has underwater fishing lights too. Come out and sit on the docks for your morning sunrise! The cabins are some of the last old fishing camps from the 1950's that have been remodeled. They are very up to date and come fully furnished. Very spacious and comfortable for a nice relaxing stay. The house is very spacious. So much room to spread out and not be cramped up. Large patio with a table and chairs, gas BBQ grill, very nice large round fire pit, boat ramp if you bring your boat, and fully equipped kitchen.

The main difference is in the tents’ locations on our property and corresponding view. - The Grand Aztec: Provides the most open view of the lake and hill country. Located central on the property near the main fire pit and common areas. - The Grand Arrow: Also has a lake view, but with more trees, less open than the Grand Aztec. Located closer to the entrance of our property, farther from the common areas. Adirondack chairs and a hammock area is just out back (lakeside). - The Grand Tesoro: Private hill country view across the properties ravine. Located closest to the bathhouse, very central on our property. Also near the common areas. A private chiminea fire area under a grove of trees is nearby. The price for Grand tents is based on double or triple occupancy. A fourth guest is welcome for an additional fee ($50/nt), which you’ll see at booking. The Mini Aztec: Located between the Grand Aztec and Grand Arrow tents, with a private view of the lake and hills, and a private chiminea area. For younger children (age 8+) who want to sleep in the mini tent, we recommend the Grand Arrow for the parents because the mini is within view of the Grand Arrow porch. The Grand Tents have a maximum occupancy of 3 guests. We may allow for a fourth guest upon request for an additional fee ($50/nt). We are a family of 4 plus dog with a studio apartment/casita available for short-term rental in our backyard. Casita El Dorado features a full bathroom, couch/murphy bed combo, mini fridge, and kitchenette. Please note that the proximity to the main house doesn't allow for a great deal of privacy unless you are indoors. Our property is 1.25 acres in a 1970s suburban neighborhood. We think it's the perfect mix of community and urban convenience with a tranquil and private setting. Guests will have access to our backyard and pool and one off-street parking spot. The backyard features several seating areas and a pool that are available to use during your stay. We have a grill, fire pit, and laundry facilities that can be used by making arrangements directly with us after booking. OTHER SITES Bootstrap Academy - our pandemic backyard schoolhouse - is now a flex space featuring a home office setup, some work out equipment, and a twin bed with a second twin mattress as a trundle. This space can also be booked by guests booking the casita for an extra fee. This building doesn't have its own bathroom. Please inquire if you’re interested.

Our Tobacco Barn is an excellent choice for family reunions, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, after-parties, and live music. Next to the Tobacco Barn is our gathering area with comfortable Adirondack chairs, a cowboy cooker firepit and Walk across the property to our Stardust Airstream and RV Resort which includes 5 Airstreams available for your next glamping adventure and 10 RV pad sites with full hookups, private cowboy cooker firepits, and Adirondack chairs. Our Oak Grove and Pole Barn venues are available and offer covered space to enjoy your next gathering. We also offer pet-friendly options!
