It has various trees on property with cedar, live oak, post oak, etc. Campsites are in front of a wide waterfall which is about 5 feet in height. You can fall asleep with the sound of the waterfalls! We have three ground tent sites and two 14 by 14 deck sites if you want to be up off the ground. Each site has a fire ring and electricity. The camping area was clean, spacious and well-maintained, with fire pits and trash cans provided. With amenities such as flushing toilets and hot showers, we will definitely be returning, during Steampunk November (the event held near the camping grounds) and for other events nearby.

The camp grounds are very nice and fairly well thought out. A little difficult to know where to go but once you figure out the layout it's a little easier. I love that it was just a short walk from most of the campsites to the restrooms. A little more info about what to expect and also where the showers were located would help. Showers were fair except the wooden backsplash was kinda gross. Oh well. I'm just glad there were showers with hot water etc. Would def recommend and will def return

We were very close to the showers and the toilet. There was a large trashcan right at the campsite. Even though the hipcampers were relatively close to one another in proximity, the cedar grove of trees provided a lot of privacy, it was very peaceful and quiet the Sat night we stayed.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Wendy and Kevin. They are super nice people and came by as I was getting checked in to make sure I got settled. When I accidentally left something at my site, Wendy reached out to me and we were able to get my items back to me. I am looking forward to my next trip to the area and will definitely be staying there again. The facilities clean and well kept. The grounds were beautiful. I arrived in the dark and it was nice to make up to the rolling, tree-covered hills.

Loved the spot! I plan to return. Bathroom and shower available and a kitchenet with appliances, very convenient. Little nice trail to the nearby lake with kayaks available for use. Loved the artistry on the property, the hammocks, entertainment area, and easy place to collect firewood for campfire!

This place is always awesome, but this new site takes it up a notch! The full size tent that you can walk in, the front porch and back balcony and electricity make it so comfortable and fun! When regular tent clamping gets old, or you are more of a glamper I can’t recommend this site enough! Plus the host Barry is always the best!

Magnificent place! Secluded and quiet. Lots of trails to walk and find interesting things. Don’t be like me and forget to bring food and a way to cook it if there’s a burn ban because the stores are not exactly a 5 minute trip. We will be back without a doubt!

This was a wonderful experience. So peaceful and relaxing. The campsite was well kept, fish were biting, and we had everything we needed ! John was an awesome host and kept us well informed of everything we needed to do and know. My husband and I would come back for sure !
