Beautiful, very secluded, very peaceful spot for relaxing, meditating, and realigning yourself. Liz is a great host and a great healer. I definitely recommend a reiki and meditation session with her while you're there.

This campsite was incredible! Beautiful land and plenty of space. The swimming hole was so fun and refreshing, the snack shack has the best prices around with farm fresh eggs, ice, and great snacks as a cherry on top. They’ve thought of everything to make this a great campsite. Mark and his wife are exceptional hosts. They invited us to their Fourth of July celebration, and Mark was more than willing to help us with whatever we needed. Genuine kindness and hospitality that made this trip all the better. Definitely recommend!!

Great place to camp and easy access to the river the only complaint I have is the ants are horrible at the campsites , there where a couple of big ant hills that needs to be treated but other than that its a great place and we will be back. And a FYI , wifi doesn't have enough signal to work at site 7.

The property was very pretty. We arrived much later than anticipated and left early so we didn’t get to relax and enjoy experience but we would come back when we have more time. The property management and staff were very prompt with responses to questions. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated that bedding was provided. We didn’t use the Jackery power unit but it was a nice feature as was the lantern, which came in handy. The property is also used as a wedding space which would be beautiful for an intimate event.

This is an amazing spot! Pam and Danny are fantastic hosts and we will definitely stay here again. It’s a perfect location to set up camp and explore the smoky mountains.

Great place to stay for a couple of days during Week of Rivers. There were a LOT of people there, and the bathrooms were clean every time I went in.

Chris and Anne were amazing hosts. They were kind enough to let us stay in their new tipi and thank goodness because it poured cats and dogs! Chris was stellar to chat with and helped us out with our hitched trailer. The two of them made sure we had everything we needed. We recommend this spot to everyone!

2 nights at Wickerd Farm

My group and I absolutely loved staying at Mark and Angie’s property! It was incredibly clean, peaceful, and very private — honestly, it could easily accommodate up to 30 people. There’s plenty of space for parking and setting up tents, which made everything super convenient. The amenities were great: an outdoor toilet, water provided for washing dishes, and Wi-Fi available just about 100 feet from the campsite. The directions they gave us were clear and very helpful, making it easy to find the place. One of the highlights was having access to two private swimming spots on the property — a perfect way to cool off and enjoy nature. Mark also runs a small shop on-site where you can grab fresh eggs, ice, and snacks, and he even supplies firewood, which was a huge plus. If you’re in the area and looking for a relaxing, nature-filled getaway in a quiet and private setting, this is the spot! Huge thanks to Mark and Angie for an amazing experience — we’ll definitely be back.

We loved staying on Brian’s land. He was a great host, very responsive and informative when we had any questions. Heartstone was the perfect campsite. It was obvious just how much thought and care went into planning, building and maintaining this site. We loved the two perfectly leveled areas for our tents and the leveled space for the grill and picnic table AND the other leveled space for the fire pit. The site even comes with its own restroom/outhouse facility. We loved the view of the rippling creek from this site and the sounds of the rushing water. Pictures and words do not do this place justice. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Pick this site. It’s amazing. You won’t regret it.

Great place to camp! Felt very safe as a solo traveler and Kimber is so nice. The location is perfect if you are visiting SMNP. Would enjoy a day of hiking and would come back to enjoy some time with the animals. If you visit (which you should) make sure you follow the host’s directions, not a mapping app. Will definitely stay here again if I am down in Tennessee!

What an amazing spot! The site is so thoughtfully designed with the bridge, platform, creek views, and other little touches. We found the gravel coming in/out to be in pretty great shape for the most part and were able to do it safely in our little Jetta. (But we’re pretty confident drivers on gravel backroads.) We had total privacy and our dogs loved roaming around, playing in the creek, and going back and forth across the bridge. Would absolutely come back if we’re in the area again!
