About the adventure co side, We are an adrenaline pumping ATV and SXS park with 25+ miles of mountainous trails at four skill levels; Green (Easy), Blue (Challenging), Black Diamond (Very Difficult) and Double Black Diamond (Most Difficult). You can bring your own ATV or SXS or rent one of ours. We have cabins & camp sites that are accessed by ATV or SXS on the mountains as well as hiking or biking. Close to Hwy 11 and outdoor recreational activities in the area.! The main house is at the entrance of the property with the RV site in the rear (see photos marked with “RV Site”). This is a pull through site, with no backing up required! It is semi-private. It shares the same driveway as the main house. This property has electric and water. There is not septic or dumping. You will have access to entire yard that is on right side of the driveway. Please do not use yard on the left side of the driveway where the main house is. We love the outdoors so you may see us outside. Two dogs maximum. They must be kept on leash. Fenced dog area can be used as long as you clean up after your dog. Please do not leave your dog(s) unattended in the fenced yard, we want to keep them safe at all times! Quiet time after 9pm. This is a family friendly/low-key listing. Please be mindful that this is our home. No parties. Two horses are on the property! They are very friendly, however please DO NOT feed them. The front side of the fence is not electric, however all the other sides of the fence are so please be aware. There is a picnic table, fire pit and outdoor lights to enjoy! Bring the bikes for the kids to ride on the very large driveway!! The back woods are in the process of being cleared. From the site you will see 2 piles of trees that are in the process of drying out to be burned. If you are looking for picture perfect, please keep this in mind. Enjoy the live music, festivals, great restaurants, shops, wineries and breweries within a 1 to 1.5 miles (5 minutes) of my home. You can take a stroll down the Oklawaha greenway, enjoy Jackson Park or just relax on Main Street at one of the many coffees shops and restaurants. Grocery stores, gas stations and thrift stores are also within 1 to 1.5 miles. Within a 15 to 30 minute drive, you can enjoy beautiful water falls. Dupont Forest and Pisgah National Forest also offers great hiking, biking and kayaking or swimming in the many serene lakes. The Carl Sandburg National Historic Site is just five minutes away. The quaint mountain town, Brevard and the eclectic City of Ashville are just 30 a minute drive. My 54' long by 20' wide driveway can accommodate most RVs and a second vehicle. You will have exclusive access to the entire driveway and use of the entire front of my house. You will have access to city water and most vehicles can plug into the 15 Amperage plug located in the garage. Please ensure you have a converter plug as the electric supply is a standard household receptacle. The driveway has morning to late afternoon 100% sun exposure to charge your solar panels. Pets are also welcome, please bring their vaccination records to show current rabies vaccination. I am a mature, non smoking, no drugs, retired outdoor female enthusiast and have many years of van life experience. I can recommend many hiking and biking trails or any outdoor adventure. I can accommodate short or long term stays. I am flexible with the time period of starting/ending the rental space. The driveway is on a mostly flat spot and is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. No smoking/vaping allowed.
