This is a very unusual place, a bit mysterious. I highly recommend spending a few nights here to experience the magical atmosphere. It is well equipped for camping. There is a shower and a toilet. Everything is very clean. Thank you to the host who prepared everything so well.

Great directions and owner was easy to reach for additional details which was super helpful since we arrived in the evening. Site was clearly marked and was tidy. Only 10 minutes from the Angel Oak which is a must see when visiting the area.

Dustin's two camp sites are beautiful and private. The bath and shower (and laundry!) facilities are so very clean and well appointed. The screened gazebo with TV (for watching NCAA playoffs) were super comfortable and gave us a break from our van while still being protected from a light rain. So worth every cent!

Every detail about this Hipcamp was perfect! We were in site 1, the moment we pulled into the site we were blown away by the beauty of the location and how peaceful it was. We met Dustin briefly and he was very personable. We hated to leave, and would love to return.

What a hidden gem! Dustin has done an amazing job at creating this little oasis for our pleasure! The cobble patio, the screened in sitting area with a small refrigerator, the hot tub with the night lighting. The up lighting of the trees at night is beautiful. The outdoor shower and the availability of laundry! What can I say? This spot is perfect! We will be back next year, I hope and for more than a couple of days!

I did not get to stay here. Not the host's fault. I was running late a d felt bad about calling someone at 2 in the morning, so I just slept ay a truck stop. 🤷‍♂️. Hopefully I can try again some other time.

Well done, super unique sites. We enjoyed our stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer to really get enough time to kick back and enjoy our time there. If we’re back through the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The campsite worked really well for us, and we would come back if we visit Charleston in the future. It’s close to a grocery store and gas station. The property itself feels very far away from civilization. If you want a no-frills camping experience, go here. The only tricky part was driving through it to get to the camping area. We have a 2WD campervan. The roads were drivable but better for a car or AWD. Signage was very clear.

Additionally, we raise vegetables and do a lot of agri-tourism including: summer camps, school field trips, and a large pumpkin patch maze each year.Our accommodations include a vintage camper, primitive campsites along a salt water creek, and an RV area on our farm.We are located just 30 minutes from nearby beaches and downtown Charleston. Use our property as your base of operation as you have fun at the beach or tour the historic city, or just stay for a quiet get away in the woods.There is also a lot of wildlife such as: wild turkeys, woodstorks, raccoons, and alligators. Fishing and crabbing are available on the salt water creek next to the campsite as well.We look forward to hosting you!

Separate Onsite Bathroom with Sink and Two Showers, Cement Boat Ramp with a Dock. Covered Shed with a cement floor and three Picnic Tables and Chairs. Water Hookup and Electrical plugs on Tent Site's can be used if you bring Extra Garden Hose and Electrical Cords. Enjoy the Edisto River in your Boat, Kayak, Canoe, Paddle Board or Small Boat. Take a 1/2 Day Kayak or Canoe trip downstream to Colleton State Park from Blacks Fish Camp. Celebrate a Birthday Party or Family Reunion. A Weber Charcoal Grill is located under the covered shed for your use Charcoal is not Provided. The different wildlife species you might encounter at my site includes Owl's, Beaver, Wildcat, Otters, Deer, Raccoon, Opossum, Armadillo, Alligators Coyote, and Snakes, Hawks and Osprey. We have a Wood Duck Box on site for Nesting. Note: Water Level in the Tributary may restrict Ingress and Egress to the Main Stem if the Edisto River.
