The pond is stocked with fish and has a beautiful fountain which produces white noise during the evening and most of the night.  Short trail to a shared dock to access the river.  Just 1 hour from Downtown Charleston and 20 minutes to Walterboro and I-95.  Nearby is Givhans Ferry State Park great for swimming, and the popular river tubing or The nearby Bee City Zoo which has a wide selection of fun and exciting exhibits for adults and children. Black Pearl Farms

Pitch your tent on one of our private campsites, or enjoy the comforts of our beautiful guest house.  Located across 180 picturesque acres of Black Pearl Farms, a working organic blueberry farm. A half mile of water frontage tucked along the gnarls of the Edisto river, provides serine river views with boating access, fishing, breathtaking sunsets over the orchards, and crystal clear star gazing.

Rustic Natural Campsite

We are located on 11 acres. Wooded areas, hiking trails on-site. Perfect place to watch for deer and other animals including our 8 on-leash dogs! It is a train lover's dream because we are close to the tracks and enjoy watching the train come and go so much so that the conductor toots and waves to us!! The Santee State Park has many water activities, picnic areas, and hiking trails. There are several golf courses nearby, and a local restaurant/bar within walking distance which often offers trivia, karaoke, pool tables, and live music.  Just be careful as you will be walking on the side of a main road as well as over train tracks.

Bird Song

Bird Song is a peaceful place to relax. Enjoy nature while still having the convenience of dining, shopping, and attractions nearby. There’s a boat landing in the neighborhood for boats and kayaks — it’s also a great spot for crabbing.

A CVS Pharmacy, grocery stores, and a laundromat are all close by. Downtown Charleston is just a 15-minute drive, and renowned plantations are only 6 miles away. Folly Beach is about a 30–40 minute drive.

The site includes full hookups, a fire pit with grill top, and a poly picnic table. Enjoy swinging in the nearby hammocks while listening to shorebirds flying in from the nearby marsh. Two free parking spaces are provided.

2 acres located in county but within minutes to all amenities of Summerville, SC. There is a heavily wooded backdrop on the land and a semi busy street fronting the land. The setback is 300’ so you can create privacy. It’s an open flat lot with grassy areas. This property does not offer electricity. Water and septic is available.

1 full acre with open space and tall pines, located 10 miles from town, 10 minutes from the  Santee state park and lake Marion,  less than 1 mile from 2 boat landings, Stumphole landing and popular creek landing, both with small wonderful resturants to serve you, 15 minutes from I-95, 1 hour from Charleston, Columbia and Florence, we have primitive tent spaces and 1 RV camper hook up with water, power and sewage available, plenty of room for boats and other vehicle parking

Forty-five acre timber farm with 4  primitive camp sites for tent or RV camping.  The land boarders Francis Marion National forest and has an abundance of wild life . It is  41 miles from Charleston SC  and 35 miles to isle of palms beaches.  The property and surrounding area offers an abundance of activities. 

1. Walk/hike trails through the timber farm and forest 

2. Fish for bass and brim  at pond on farm or SCDNR stocked pond less than 1/4 mile away

Our Airstream, nestled by our creek with a cozy outdoor sitting area. 

Creekside Airstream Glamping!

We bought this Airstream in 2022 as an old shell. It was junky and a mess, and not much in it other than old scraps and junk. We renovated it in 2022 and 2023, and turned it into a cozy, midcentury modern style Glamper. We tried to plan for every comfort you could want or need, from wifi and a smart TV, to a cute bathroom, Keurig and an Air Fryer. We hope you love it as much as we do. Please note, it is tight quarters, especially for more than two people and large framed people. For this reason, we only allow two guests. We live on a busy street, but the backyard is peaceful and serene. The airstream is parked next to our creek, where waterfowl abound. Only one vehicle allowed.

Bunk beds. Only the bottom bunks are stable enough to hold people over 100lb. Please do not use top bunks.
