We loved staying on Jean’s property. We had a popup camper and a large tent. Our kids had an absolute blast just running around and exploring. We brought our two dogs who loved being able to be off leash and chill. It rained a good bit while we were there so it was nice to have the bunk building, too.

Really nice place, they even had extra plumbing and parts in case you needed something to hook up, what a great idea to have that there for people that might have broke or forgot something. I love hearing the pig in the morning when it was feeding time for him and also the roosters.

Quiet, no loud noises. Peaceful, on a rural road/street. Easy to access. Subdued, no oppressive street lights. Site nearly level and had water and electricity. For sites with no bathhouse and no picnic table, this is as good as you can find. I had an exceptionally positive experience.

Amazing spot with beautiful views of the Broad River. It was nice to have the bathroom (with shower) and the air conditioned shed. It was pretty isolated and I wish I brought my dog.

They were such a welcoming host family. Very kind and accommodating. The rv spot is perfect, easy to get in and out. The location is so close to parks, restaurants in Easley (which were great) and greenville is about 30 min away. We will definitely be back and can't recommend David's land enough.

10 nights at Big Creek RV Park of Saluda SC

We camped for 10 nights. Very quiet other than the birds singing. We enjoyed visiting with our children and grandchildren who all live in the area. Our host, James, was very nice and accommodating. Our campsite was a mix of sun and shade. The kids had a great time kayaking and fishing in Big Creek which borders part of the property. It was like camping in the middle of the woods, but close to the little town of Saluda. Thank you James. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing hosts, great location, easy access. Nice level spot with full hookup. There is no shortage of things to do in the area. We really enjoyed The Silos Brewery in Easley (6 minutes away) and a short drive (20 minutes) to downtown Greenville. We are already planning our return trip. Thank you Dave and family for a great, relaxing weekend! :)

The view of Broad River blew my mind! So scenic, peaceful and very private. Gorgeous sunrise views over the river. Unit was perfect, loved the AC and power. Hot water shower was available which was great after a day of kayaking on the river. My pup Obie San enjoyed the freedom... This was the perfect weekend getaway for me. I can't wait to go back again!

If you are driving N/NW on David's Home Church Rd, it is exactly 2 miles on the right from where you turned onto the road. The gate will be closed, please close the gate back when you leave. Please take advantage of the Broad River outpost to rent kayaks/canoes/tubes. Beautiful location with a view of Table Rock located in the Historic Oolenoy Valley. Our property is located in Northern Pickens Co. of South Carolina. Plenty of trails, boating, biking in the area or just sit under your awning and enjoy the wildlife. Important please read! There is not evening shade in July and August, However, there are shady spots very close to the camp site that you can enjoy. Where your camper sits the Sun goes down at the front of the camper. It is typically not an issue until mid-July and August. If you need additional details, please contact me. There are two homes near the camp site. The one behind the site is our home. Just me and my wife, currently no pets. The other home is a small white farmhouse that I currently rent to close friends. Chris and his wife and two well behaved kids. The kind of neighbors' people dream of! In five years of renting this site I have only had one couple that felt uncomfortable with the homes on our driveway.
