New for 2024 a cabin! With a king bed (or two twins) and a bunk bed set, the cabin can sleep 4, with room for extra cots if needed. Please provide your own linens. Solar lights on ceiling with remote (Only work after dark). Angelica NY is just a few miles up the road, where you will find cute antique shops, dollar general, post office etc. There's many Amish farms around to purchase cheap slab firewood, fresh vegetables or eggs. We love our little slice of private water side camping here in Angelica and hope you will take care of it like it was yours. Please no carving of names or dates in any structure, do not cut or chop down any living tree or vegetation. Our property has a lot of walnut trees- watch for falling nuts come late summer and fall! No dumping or putting anything down pit except toilet paper!

Rustic Run is a perfect cabin getaway for couples, families, and groups of friends searching for a relaxing vacation or ideal lodging close to many outdoor adventures! Neighborhood description Rustic Run is a secluded cabin located on private land surrounded by timber lands and the Allegheny National Forest. Access to hiking, biking, kayaking, canoeing fishing, hunting, geocaching, wildlife viewing, ATV and snowmobile trails are all within a short drive. A handful of golfing options are available within a 30-minute radius or less. The bridge on the property crosses over the creek and provides access to the area timber lands and Allegheny National Forest. There is a cooperative agreement between the timber lands and ANF which allows for non-motorized, public use. Off trail-hiking is plentiful all around the cabin. Chapman State Park is about a 10 minute drive. Kinzua Dam; Jake's Rocks are 20-25 minute drive. Open year-round. Getting around Winter Months Require 4WD vehicles to access cabin. Although, the road is well maintained Pennsylvania winters can create unexpected conditions. Road and driveway are icy during winter and early spring. Hominy Ridge Cabins and Gift Shop is located in Cook Forest State Park, PA, USA. Situated on 7 private acres, we offer 6 cabins (3 smaller ones with hot tubs) that offer most amenities. However, we do not supply bath towels and toiletries. We also permit dogs, for a $15 per day per dog fee, in most cabins with the exceptions to Cabins 1 & 3. Cabins 1, 3, 6, all have private hot tubs on the porches. We do provide all bedding, pots, pans and dishes and silverware. Complete kitchens with all major appliances. Also provided is toilet paper, bath mat, dish soap, dish towels, scrub sponge, coffee filters with brew style coffee pot. We have firewood set up at cabins for convenience but the cost is $5 per bundle. Also, there is air conditioning for a $20 cost per day. We have an onsite camp store that offers a wide array of items for camping, groceries, gifts, crafts, ice cream, tobacco, fishing bait and tackle, Pa Lottery, Pa Skills Machines, and so much more.
