We offer various accommodations, so be sure to check out each listing for information. The new door code is 2215 Tucked away in the woods, you will forget you are less than a ten-minute drive from Portland and Beaverton. You will feel as if you are in a forest on Mount Hood, and yet, just minutes away, is all the best the area has to offer. From Northwest Portland with wonderful and trendy restaurants and eateries like Salt and Straw to Voodoo Donuts, the waterfront, and Washington Park. From the balcony, you may see golden and bald eagles, huge owls, woodpeckers, garden snakes, coyotes, deer, chipmunks, rabbits, and squirrels. Here, it is a place of peace, of quietude. Nestled in a secluded setting amongst the tree-tops overlooking the Bull Run River Canyon, it's the perfect hideaway for couples seeking a romantic escape or BFFs looking for an adventurous getaway. Follow the path and bridge through the trees to your own little treetop oasis. This standalone space rests 30 feet above the forest floor and is perfect for reconnecting with nature and getting away from real-life. The space Outside: Through French Doors guests will find a stunning back deck perched 30 feet in the air, offering a birds-eye view. Relax with a glass of wine at the scenic bar-top overlooking the canyon while taking in the clean air, sounds of the river below and enjoying the star filled skies. A tiny pellet stove keeps you cozy and warm on the deck. (Note - the pellet stove can not be used during burn bans). Inside: The Treehouse has a luxurious queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress in a lovely upstairs loft. Soft cozy sheets and plenty of warm blankets have been provided for you to snuggle up in. In the main room you can cozy up with a good book or game (several are provided for your enjoyment) or just enjoy each other’s company on the comfy love seat. There is a charming “Kitchenette” area where a stunning rock sink with non-potable water can be used to rinse dishes or wash your face. A variety of teas, hot chocolate and a French press are provided along with fresh water for drinking. Pots, Pans and a kettle are provided for use on the deck camp stove. A propane heater keeps you cozy and warm inside. The Treehouse is off-grid so there is no TV or Wi-fi to distract you from the wonderful surroundings. Limited Power is provided by rechargeable batteries. You will have about 7-8 hours of power per day. If you run several things at once, including the lights, the batteries will run down faster so use it sparingly. If you run out of batteries a lantern is provided as back up along with a couple headlights to help you navigate to the outhouse. NOTE: The only cook source is the bbq outside on the deck. Extras: For those booking (more than 2 nights) – We offer access to a private show shower across the street.

We very much enjoyed staying on Barry's land. Was peaceful and secluded. We had a wonderful run in with assistant Peter, who told us about Steve, but Steve was elusive during our stay. The walk to the bathroom was a trek on uneven land yet I found it a fun challenge. Maybe in the future we will try out one of the other accommodations on his property. Thanks for the stay.

This treehouse was so fun for our weekend family trip! It’s a bit of a walk to get there, but such a cute setup. So nice to have a toilet, sink and shower with warm water! What a fun/adventurous stay. This place was more than a treehouse. It had everything you needed for a quick rest during traveling or an over night with kids. It’s a magical foresty oasis. The kids loved the zip line, netted hammock and a little tv to wind down. The outdoor giant bathtub looked super fun but time didn’t allow for it. Comfortable, spacious, full bathroom, toaster oven, microwave and everything you need for a restful and enjoyable stay. It’s a must to stay here just to walk down the ramps in a jungle setting that lead up to this hidden gem.

This was one of my favorite places and will be visiting again! There was a slight texting miscommunication and Barry went above and beyond and gave us extra accommodations. The manger on site Peter was extremely kind and genuinely made our stay memorable! There was also this Elk that was on the property and made for a beautiful sight in the morning :)

This site is very nice, tent camping in a treehouse! Nearly everything you need is inside the tent, and the bed is surprisingly comfy. The only inconvenience is that the bathroom is a bit of a walk, and you have to cross over a suspension bridge which can be a little scary at night or when it's raining. But the bathroom does have hot water and a shower!

awesome tree house. we arrived extremely late due to our airline delay and found big foots treehouse to be the best dark hour adventure for us and my grandson. woke with the sunrise to enjoy the beautiful view in the forest and listen to the relaxing creek down below. definitely would recommend for anyone who loves nature (and bigfoot)

Perfect winter treehouse! We were so impressed with this place - super charming and well thought out and nice and warm. The hammock in the loft was cozy and we slept great in the queen bed. The zip line was fun too. It was very clean and tidy as well and quiet for being in the middle of a neighborhood (it’s quite tucked back - you feel like you’re far from everything). When they say the trail in is slippery when wet, believe them and take it slow. I’d recommend a headlamp if you arrive after dark like we did - There’s plenty of motion lights on the trail but that made me feel a little more sure footed going in carrying stuff. Highly recommend this stay!
