It can only accommodate smaller tents, campers, pop up trailers, small pod-type trailers and larger rigs up to 15'. has a rustic firepit and your own deck for viewing the river. For groups of 5 or more or people or camping with large 10 person tents or trailers over 20', there will be an additional fee and you will need to set up camp in our Riverwood Site, about 150' from the riverbank. You will still have full access to the deck and firepit in the other site but, larger rigs cannot maneuver in the site without tearing up the grass and leaving ruts on our property. **Please note**When you make the reservation you will add an "Extra", ADDITIONAL CAMPSITE. We have indoor bathroom facilities for our guests in a separate apartment we have downstairs of our house. There is a small living and dining area, kitchenette with barista bar, microwave and small fridge. It is about 150' walk and is visible from the campsites but, still feels private. We also offer our little Bunkie, the Glass House for an extra fee. The Bunkie sleeps two comfortably. Otherwise it is a private and secluded area. Because I live on site, I will not allow repeat visits if groups become rowdy or disrespectful. -There is ELECTRICITY and WATER on site. The electricity is through a standard household outlet so an adaptor will be necessary, and possibly an extension cord, depending on where you choose to set up. Water is still available from an in ground frost free spigot. -There is a FIREPIT for evening musing, don't forget your marshmallows. Weekend/weekday get away with indoor and outdoor activities ! Grange Hall Garden's RV spots include a 30' X 70' Grange type hall with restroom with tub and shower, and kitchen. Rain or shine, get away for a refreshing time. The RV Garden Spot is situated by three gardens on our ranch: A heavenly scented and restful flower garden with hanging basket seats and swing; a peaceful rose garden with stream and fish pond complete with goldfish and koi; and a fruitful vegetable garden. RV View Spot has an amazing view right outside your door. It has lots of green grass for pets and children to run and play, or just sit in your lawn chair and enjoy the spectacular view. In fair weather, enjoy moseying through our 13 acres of century old oaks, swinging in antique tree swings with amazing views, and picnicking in our private park. This is a working ranch with goats and nearby cattle. Therefore, we have livestock guard dogs whose job it is to bark at coyotes and let them know that they are not welcome on our property. Expect to hear the dogs warning potential predators to stay away, especially at night. Our ranch is located less than 30 minutes from the picturesque and historic cities of Silverton, and Mount Angel. Nearby nature attractions include Silver Falls State Park, The Oregon Gardens, Champoeg Park, Feyrer Park and many more. To the north you can enjoy the scenic town of Estacada and its many nearby city, county and state parks for boating, hiking, fishing, and site seeing. We are also a short, breath taking, hour and a half drive to either Hood River and Mount Hood recreational activities or the beautiful Oregon coast.

10-Fold Farm offers a secluded, peaceful space where you can unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature. Throughout winter, there will only be one RV site beside the river, providing an intimate and private setting to enjoy the sounds of the rushing river. With access to the picturesque Molalla River, you can enjoy fishing, relaxing in the lounge chairs provided, or under cover of my "Cowzebo". 1. Click on "Select a site" and choose Riverside RV. Other's can join you with another RV by also booking "add-on RV". For day use visitors to your site, you can either add additional vehicles or purchase of one of my frozen chickens (in Extras). 2. Choose your preferred dates. 3. Pack up your RV for a relaxing getaway from the city! More about the property: - This is a regenerative farm, just starting. Last season I focused on chickens- alive (egg layers for your back yard flock) and dead (meat birds in the freezer and available for your camp dinner). Two cows roam the front pasture and my goal is to grow their numbers to be able to improve the soil health here at the farm.. -My tiny home is in the area of the sites, but far enough away to maintain privacy. Otherwise it is a private and secluded area. Because I live on site, I will not allow repeat visits if groups become rowdy or disrespectful. -There is ELECTRICITY and WATER on site. The electricity is through a standard household outlet so an adaptor will be necessary, and possibly an extension cord, depending on where you choose to set up. An outhouse with a compost TOILET and sink are available, but no shower. However, in winter months, the sink will be turned off to protect pipes. Water is still available from an in ground frost free spigot. -There is a FIREPIT for evening musing, don't forget your marshmallows. Firewood is available on site for $10/night with an unlimited supply (or free if you want to gather downed limbs). - There is an old hay wagon converted into a covered picnic area that I call the COWZEBO for use in bad weather. Enjoy a meal here with a great view of the river. - FRIENDLY DOGS are welcome. Know that my dogs also hang out here. Whitney was great and very helpful. I. stayed in the grove of trees and it was gorgeous! A lot of options for camp sites, great view, and quiet. There was a basketball court, volleyball net, and dodgeball, plenty of fire pits, and games and fun activities in the little glass house. Would stay again, may bring a group this summer

Camp Colton is an awesome place to visit! Their property is large and has a lot of activities to explore (animal petting area, trails on the property, and a fishing pond). They've got a variety of awesome structures including cabins, a tiny home, yurts, and a communal covered fire pit gazebo. The Beehive cottage met my expectations perfectly, it was clean, warm, and tucked into the trees right by a creek that runs through the property. It was perfect for a quick getaway, while providing comfortable amenities during a cold and rainy Oregon fall evening. The bed is perfectly comfortable, and was made prior to my arrival. The host provided towels and linens, I didn't need to bring anything extra. Additionally, there is a covered back patio which is a perfect spot to sit out and listen to the babble of the creek and wildlife spot. I would recommend a stay here!

It was absolutely beautiful...an oasis of forest among the surrounding farmlands. We enjoyed to site, it was near the pond. sauna and outhouse, so everything was nearby. Nobody was at site 3, (which is pretty close by) so we had total privacy. We had a lovely time and would go there again!
