Welcome to Whitetail Woods RV Park! We are an RV Park that is located in the middle of a beautiful Pecan Orchard that overlooks a nice pond. We are less than a quarter mile from Highway 51 access and only 7 miles from the Oklahoma State University campus. We are on all paved roads for extremely easy travel, no beating the car up to stay with us. We offer both 30 and 50 amp connections at all campsites along with water, sewer, and trash disposal. Our camp has a storm shelter on site for your safety. Our vision is to promote a relaxed, quiet, country atmosphere for our guests.

Lakeside Memorial Golf Course is the local city course built back in 1945. Very reasonable rates and built for fun.

PARK RULES
**Heated Hose Required November 1st - April 30th** Long-term guest must insulate hydrant to stay connected to water.
We background check all long-term guests, no exceptions.
-CHECK IN/OUT: Check in/out is at 1pm. If for any reason this will not work for you please contact us! Failure to pay the bill or vacate the premises at the end of a paid term will result in towing of the vehicle at the guest's expense. No parking on the grass please, we have extra parking by the dumpster.
-TRASH: No Trash is to be left outside of the camper. All trash must be placed in the dumpster.
-NO window air conditioners are permitted on RV
-NO Washing of Cars or RVs
-UNSIGHTLY VEHICLES/RV'S: Without prior approval of management, any vehicle which detracts from the intent, purpose, or general appearance of the campground is not allowed. This includes any RV unit that is not neat and well kept. Ran down units are not tolerated and will be asked to leave immediately.
-NOISE REGULATIONS: This park strictly enforces quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. This includes all unnecessary noise, please respect your neighbors. All children must be indoors by dark unless accompanied by an adult. Campers will be held responsible for their children and actions.
-SEPTIC/SEWER: This park is on a septic tank. The septic system will only handle human waste and water. DO NOT USE BLEACH!! Hygiene products should never be flushed.
-ABSOLUTELY NO MAJOR MECHANICAL WORK AT THE PARK! We understand general vehicle maintenance will happen from time to time and that is perfectly fine. We strive to keep our park as clean and sightly as possible for everyone.
-CHILDREN: We absolutely allow and want children at our park. If you have children please never leave them unattended, we are not responsible for any accidents. If children make a mess it is your job to clean the mess up, no excuses. ALL CHILDREN must be accompanied by an adult at dark.
-PETS: Non aggressive pets are welcome at the park with proof of rabies shots. Pet owners are expected to dispose of any pet litter in a prompt manner. Pets fall under noise regulations and will not be allowed to be outside making noise while others try to sleep. Pets will also be treated humanely at our park. No animals should be tied up at any location in the park at any time! We are located in the country so there is plenty of room to take your pet for a proper walk. If an accident occurs with a pet the owner will claim full responsibility and the park will be held unaccountable.
-VISITORS: Visitors are welcome at our park any time. Please remember that guests need to park in an area that does not restrict other guests ability to navigate the park. You are responsible for your guests and their actions!
-PROBLEMATIC TENANTS: All problematic tenants will be asked to leave immediately or the Payne County Sheriffs Office will be called immediately to assist them. Respect your neighbors, they paid to be here just like you!
-GENERAL: We do allow propane fire pits, Grilling outside is perfectly fine as long as it is done with an actual grill and fire restrictions/ bans are followed. No junk around the camp, trash, etc. We have a dumpster in place and expect everyone in the park to place their trash in it. Long term guests are welcome as long as they keep a neat/clean camp. The park does not and will not insure any tenant for damages or losses while at the park. All laws will be followed at the park including gun laws, no exceptions! Park insurance prohibits the use of any electric heater, ALL HEATING MUST BE DONE -WITH PROPANE OR THE DESIGNED HEATING SOURCE! Space heaters are not covered by Park Insurance or RV Insurance policies. Your safety and happiness is important to us! We promote a family friendly environment with large park areas for families to enjoy, all we ask is that you clean up after!

A little bit about how we started. Like most of us, we were in desperate need of a place to get away from the bustle and grind of daily life, to slow down, decompress, and destress. This land the universe had waiting for us, gave us just that! It changed our lives and now we are excited to open up this sanctuary to others who share our passion for the great outdoors! This Hipcamp was a fantastic spot on our journey. The spot on Clint and Shari's land was easy to access with solid electricity and also water connections. The hosts are extremely hospitable. We arrived a bit late and they left their outdoor sitting area lit up for us. The goats, chickens and other animals are adorable and were a fun welcoming committee. Highly recommend.

We were passing through & found this gem to spend the night. Quiet, peaceful, & spacious. The spot included electric & water hook ups, shaded area with picnic table, and gravel spot to park the camper. The lot is surrounded by trees & is accessible by a paved road right off the highway.
Across the street is a beautiful wedding venue, it was empty during our stay. We had no cars pass by, it was very quiet and felt private. We did see a velvet ant while walking through the field, I recommend familiarizing yourself with local wildlife & educating your kids on safety.

We had a wonderful camping stay at Wandering Trail Farms! Our hosts were incredibly kind and welcomed the kids to pet and feed the animals, which was such a special experience. They loved visiting the animals throughout the day and didn’t want to leave! It was such a refreshing change of pace to camp on a beautiful farm surrounded by peaceful scenery. We can’t wait to book another stay!

I had a great stay on Danielle’s land! The views were great and there were plenty of places to hike and enjoy. Danielle was a friendly and welcoming host, and the campsite felt nice and secluded. It is near a main road which is great for ease of access but does have the occasional car. I didn’t mind the road, but they were willing to help find a different spot if that were a problem for me. I’d definitely stay here again!

We camped here 2 nights while traveling through Oklahoma. We enjoyed the quiet campsite surrounded by woods. It is a small campground but every site is full hook up & it had everything we needed, Including picnic table and fire pit . They want you to use firewood from their land , a nice plus not having to buy bundles like at other campgrounds . We would definitely stay here again if traveling nearby

Just the sweetest place ever. Beautiful trees, near as a pin. Cindy was welcoming & accommodating. Quiet, with actual grass for our furbabies. It’s in a neighborhood, so it wasn’t the typical cold impersonal Rv park. We will definitely stay there again when we come to town

Rocky Ridge is a quiet place in a remote Oklahoma wooded area. Udonna is fabulous. She provided location photos and the best route to take. (Could have avoided a muddy dirt road by using her directions vs my GPS.) Only 50A is available and I didn't have an adapter. Udonna purchased and brought one to me, so I would have power overnight. Highly recommend Rocky Ridge!
