A little bit about how we started. Like most of us, we were in desperate need of a place to get away from the bustle and grind of daily life, to slow down, decompress, and destress. This land the universe had waiting for us, gave us just that! It changed our lives and now we are excited to open up this sanctuary to others who share our passion for the great outdoors! Interestingly, each year we find out more about our home, from its Native American prehistory, to its 19th century Civil War conflict, and most recently, a lost article published in the 1940s in the local Oklahoman gazette that enticingly gossips about long lost Buried Treasure!

This has to be the best place to camp in Oklahoma. Longhorns roaming around, getting to tour with Casey (grandson) and the host, Glenda, was awesome. Such a great family and time on this property. I was there 6 nights, 4 at a camp where I truck camped, 2 at the tiny home. The tiny home was perfect when it got really cold and was able to have a good comfortable shelter. The campsite was great and remote but still able to have the longhorns roaming nearby. I would 100% recommend to anyone in this area and plan to stay next time I’m over that way.

We had a great time at site 2. Easy access to the composting toilet (which is awesome!) for my toddlers and it was nice and open for them to run around. The picnic table, hammocks, and grate for cooking over the fire were awesome additions as well!! Our second time staying with Glenda, and we had a fantastic time again! We went on a very nice long ranch tour seeing many corners of the property, and left with some delicious eggs and vegetables from the garden. We made some tomato sauce and still have loads of cherry tomatoes left over to eat. We stayed in the campsite off the road this time, as our car didn’t have enough clearance to make it through the cow pasture as we did last time. It was a really pleasant and beautiful place to camp, and we were still free to roam as we pleased around the property. Glenda is always the kindest host with so much knowledge of the area, and always available to help out campers. Will be coming back, of course.

We loved the entire time we had at the ranch. Glenda was so accommodating and kind despite us booking at the very last minute. She put us up in her tiny house for the night to save us from an awesome storm that passed over and probably would’ve soaked us through. Her grandson Casey showed us the longhorns and taught us many things about the ranch and the area. Really awesome dude, he took us fishing and taught me how to use a baitcaster and I showed him how to fly fish a little bit. No shortage of catching fish and time with super sweet dogs. Had no clue Oklahoma was such an amazing place, wish we could have stayed longer.
