We grow forage crops (alfalfa, clover, grass), manage a cow-calf herd of 42 Criollo (Corriente), and selectively harvest timber. We are one of the few 100% grass fed/ grass-finished ranches that practices regenerative agriculture. Guests may explore the farm, bird watch, enjoy catch-and-release fishing in a private one-acre pond, or sit by the fire. The Ohio to Erie Trail is 1/4” mile from the ranch. Enjoy camping back a quiet lane beside towering Norway and White Pines. This is a great spot for an overnight stay or a week-long visit to explore the area. Your site is located on 5 acres of wooded, rolling country side where nature abounds. Although there is a private residence nearby, you are our guests and your privacy will be respected. We are just a 10 minute walk from Cedarville University's Campus and a 20 minute walk to the Village. We are situated near Clifton, Yellow Springs and Jamestown; the Ohio to Erie Bike Trail is less than a mile away. Down the road are the Clifton Mill and Clifton Gorge (4.5 mi.). The Museum of the Air Force (Wright-Patterson AFB), along with several Wright Brother's Historical Sites, are just a 30 minute drive away. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Site availability - April thru October Maximum RV length is limited to 24 ft. (pictured is a 22' travel trailer with a 3' rear rack). 30 amp electric service is provided, as well as potable water to fill your tank at the site. This is a back-in, level site of crushed stone, dimensions 12 ft. wide by 24 ft. deep, with ample space for your tow vehicle. Enjoy the nearby fire pit with wood provided. If towing, you will want to enter our lane from the direction of the Village to make the turn easier. There is a dump site conveniently located just 3.5 miles away at John Bryan State Park ($10).

Loved this spot… although we made a mistake and had planned for an electric hookup for heat. We stayed one night anyway and loved having even a short time on this property. The farm was really an incredible property. We brewed coffee on the provided propane stove and enjoyed a quiet morning on the swing by the creek while enjoying our hot coffee. It felt like a happy accident that we accidentally stumbled on a site that we’ll return to with our solar panels for a boondocking trip in the future. And If you are a tent camper, this spot is one of the best we’ve seen, hands down. Book now!

Definitely recommend booking this campsite! It was a lovely property, including highland cows (a baby was born just a few weeks ago!), the farmhouse, and the campsite itself. There is a great fire pit, picnic table, outhouse, and porch swing - what more could you need! The stream next to the campsite was so peaceful to sleep to. The owners were very kind and even surprised us with some cookies when we checked in. Cannot wait to book again!

Our tent camping getaway was a dream!! Plenty of space to enjoy board games or cards at the picnic table, cook on the provided propane stove top, or chat around the stone lined fire pit! This place was decked out with so many bells and whistles! The entire property is beautifully maintained and the host was an interesting and witty man. The outhouse was uber clean and had a water source (bath and body works pump soap! Bonus!) with a sink for washing and rinsing! The camp site location was nestled in a cozy cocoon alongside a stream and surrounded by trees, but just a quick walk to hike trails, visit chickens (yes, you can buy fresh eggs!) peacocks, bulls and a couple pot bellied pigs! We were given homemade cookies and pup treats in adorable packaging upon arrival and I’m here to say….we are already planning our next trip!! See you in the Spring, Vaughn! Could go on and on!! Just splendid!
