Jacob and Liz made their dream to farm someday a reality in 2013. They established Sweet Grass Dairy, an idyllic patch of grasses that covers 140 acres of Central Ohio farm ground. Their farm is very different than the surrounding corn and soybean fields. Jake & Liz use no chemicals. They celebrate the diversity of life found on the landscape. Hundreds of natural birds, amphibians, and insects call this oasis home. Along with a host of farm animals. Chickens, pigs, goats, cows, and turkeys are all raised out doors in a way that regenerates the soil and creates beauty across the landscape. 45 minutes from Columbus, Ohio! We sit 7 minutes off of I-71 just outside of Fredericktown, Ohio, but we never hear the highway. Our farm makes the perfect weekend escape from the big city or a great big breath of fresh air for the traveler coming by! We have a couple of sites to choose from. We have a grassy field with lots of privacy right off the road. We also have a flat gravel drive for larger vehicles or during wet times. Come enjoy a slice of Central Ohio heaven with us! Please do not book same day bookings after 9pm.
