Loved the fact the site is more hidden it's perfect for a smaller group, and plenty of exploring to do around as well, did get a little rained on but had a perfect weekend at this site. Not any animals bothering out area or other people just nice a relaxing spot by the river

This is our second year back at the land and we are going to come back! Damyan was beyond amazing. We unfortunately left our poles for our tent at home and he gave us a tent he had. He saved us! We are looking forward to coming back next year!! We also loved Bones the pup :) Made our time so special!!
What a beautiful place to stay! Our host was super helpful and our kids had a great time playing in the water. We saw lots of kayakers going by and other campers going down to the water so it wasn’t the most private spot but honestly it was worth it and we’d stay here again. We didn’t use the showers but they looked primitive. The kayak rental was a great addition. The host even offered to drop us off upstream for either a 5-hour, 3-hour, or 1.5-hour kayak trip back to the campsite.

Loved the site so much!!! Damyan was so kind and helpful in directions to the spring water and the dollar stores, he made everything easier. The fishing and testing was SUPREME…. Would love to come back and explore more Amish country.
We had amazing time camping here. It was peaceful and fun. The host was wonderful and informative. We brought our own boats and he told us the best spots to put in. There are low spots and when it rains it gets WET so make sure to park your cars at the top! We enjoyed watching people float by, fish, and listen to nature. They are dog friendly. We will be back. Thank you so much

We had a great experience on the riverfront at the land, Hosts are very kind and friendly 10/10 would book again
This was a super beautiful area and there were other people camping at sites here but it was all respectful and quiet. The outdoor shower was awesome. Damyan and his son showed us how to get to the site when we arrived which was very nice since we arrived after sundown. My friend and I camped here while bikepacking the Ohio To Erie Trail; I honestly don’t know if I can recommend this to others doing that, only because it was difficult to get to by bike unless you’re an experienced mountain biker with weight on the bike, because the roads are gravel and it’s super hilly. If you do this, then definitely come from brinkhaven going north on brinkhaven rd. Anyways, coming by car is no trouble and I can highly recommend this Hipcamp for those trips. Super special place.

The Land River Front Site
We had an amazing time at the Land. Damyan was really kind and helpful. He drove our group up 2 miles from our campsite for us to float down the river. The property is beautiful. Lots of tree coverage, a really nice view of the river, and this part of Ohio has got actual elevation. Seeing the hills in the distance was also a nice touch. Highly recommend this.

Such a beautiful rural camp with very hospitable Hosts. Backcountry vibe with just enough amenities. The Far Bank site we stayed at is just a little hike down the river bank from the main camp area and the privacy was super nice. Skyler came down and checked on us when we arrived and helped us find everything. 10/10
Very nice and clean camp spots, spread out on the river bank. Fun to watch the kayakers and river rafters go by. Firewood on site for purchase and portal potties available. Very kind of the owners to offer ice cream cones on 4th of July. We would stay here again.

The land is a beautiful piece of property! Our campsite was nice and spacious. We had plenty of room for our dogs and two large tents. The kids loved the river access. There's more campsites than I expected but they were nicely spaced. There was very little cell signal, so if you are looking to unplug, this is it. Would love to go again and take the kayaks out! Damyan was a great host!

This site was absolutely wonderful! The riverfront site was so incredible. You could hear the Mohican babbling gently all through the day and into the night. Light pollution was low, so the starscape was breathtaking. Damyan was so helpful and kind. He drove us up river and were able to kayak for about 2 hours and pull up just adjacent to our camp site. The sites are clean and comfortably sized. Picnic table, large trash can, and fire ring available at each one. Overall very peaceful and safe feeling site. Entrance was a little difficult to find, but very easy if you look more closely at the map (dirt roads leading to sites, so keep in mind if driving a sedan). I would 100% recommend this site to friends and hope to be back in the future!

The Land was absolutely amazing! Easy enough to find! Just go one driveway past the old school bus on the left. Make a left in to the driveway. There is a small welcome sign. Go to the left of the sign and follow the dirt road down to the river. Very peaceful and unique! We loved being right on the river bank, especially at night! Damyan drove us down the road with kayaks on our second day there and we enjoyed a 2 hour + paddle back to our campsite.
The sites were very clean and there was firewood available for $10 for enough for 2 nights. There were a few porta potties that were very clean!
Damyan was very responsive to our questions the whole weekend!
We will definitely camp here again!
The Land was absolutely beautiful! It was secluded, peaceful, and the river spots are perfect. Our kids loved getting right in the river and playing while we cooked food and watched them. Damyan was so friendly and accommodating. He was around to check in and ask how we were doing, but also gave us our space. We rented kayaks, but an unexpected storm passed through the day we were going to use them, so he let us use them the next day. (We have canoed/kayaked on a LOT of Ohio’s rivers, and this spot on the Mohican was top notch.) He also gave my husband a ride back to the kayak launch after we realized we forgot our keys. :) The solar shower was very refreshing, not hot, but cool/warm and it felt great on our hot days. The firewood there is a HUGE bundle for $10! The only thing to note is that the address put in doesn’t quite match the address (Damyan is frustrated with this, it won’t let him adjust the pin on the map.). When you arrive at the address given, drive past that spot to the next drive on the left. It splits off and you’ll see cones. Follow the path to the left that goes through the cones and up to the cornfield. The Land is back there! We will be coming back here for sure!!

We love this site so much. This was our 3rd time coming and we will be back, such an amazing view, so laid back and chill and amazing vibes. Surrounded by nature and the river? There’s nothing better. Lots of fish at the east bank site by the stairs to the river!

We loved camping at Damyan & Skyler's and wished we could have stayed longer! Beautiful location & kind hosts, and we were right on the river!! We will definitely be back! ☺️👍
Great river front site, friendly owner, all around a great time! My boyfriend, our dog, and I came down to celebrate his birthday! We rented kayaks and he took us up the river and we floated right back to our sight in about 2 hours! We were lucky and nobody else booked any other sites till the second day we were there. We stayed in the most far left site and they were on the far right by the kayak launch so we didn’t even see them! While lounging by the river bank we saw a bald eagle 🦅 fly 30ft in front of us! Lots of groundhog holes and other creatures. Loved just listening to the water and all the birds chirping! Signal is spotty, but we weren’t there to be on our phones! We will definitely be coming back!
