The Land was absolutely amazing! Easy enough to find! Just go one driveway past the old school bus on the left. Make a left in to the driveway. There is a small welcome sign. Go to the left of the sign and follow the dirt road down to the river. Very peaceful and unique! We loved being right on the river bank, especially at night! Damyan drove us down the road with kayaks on our second day there and we enjoyed a 2 hour + paddle back to our campsite.
The sites were very clean and there was firewood available for $10 for enough for 2 nights. There were a few porta potties that were very clean!
Damyan was very responsive to our questions the whole weekend!
We will definitely camp here again!

The Land was absolutely beautiful! It was secluded, peaceful, and the river spots are perfect. Our kids loved getting right in the river and playing while we cooked food and watched them. Damyan was so friendly and accommodating. He was around to check in and ask how we were doing, but also gave us our space. We rented kayaks, but an unexpected storm passed through the day we were going to use them, so he let us use them the next day. (We have canoed/kayaked on a LOT of Ohio’s rivers, and this spot on the Mohican was top notch.) He also gave my husband a ride back to the kayak launch after we realized we forgot our keys. :) The solar shower was very refreshing, not hot, but cool/warm and it felt great on our hot days. The firewood there is a HUGE bundle for $10! The only thing to note is that the address put in doesn’t quite match the address (Damyan is frustrated with this, it won’t let him adjust the pin on the map.). When you arrive at the address given, drive past that spot to the next drive on the left. It splits off and you’ll see cones. Follow the path to the left that goes through the cones and up to the cornfield. The Land is back there! We will be coming back here for sure!!

Far Bank Site
We love this site so much. This was our 3rd time coming and we will be back, such an amazing view, so laid back and chill and amazing vibes. Surrounded by nature and the river? There’s nothing better. Lots of fish at the east bank site by the stairs to the river!

We loved camping at Damyan & Skyler's and wished we could have stayed longer! Beautiful location & kind hosts, and we were right on the river!! We will definitely be back! ☺️👍

Great river front site, friendly owner, all around a great time! My boyfriend, our dog, and I came down to celebrate his birthday! We rented kayaks and he took us up the river and we floated right back to our sight in about 2 hours! We were lucky and nobody else booked any other sites till the second day we were there. We stayed in the most far left site and they were on the far right by the kayak launch so we didn’t even see them! While lounging by the river bank we saw a bald eagle 🦅 fly 30ft in front of us! Lots of groundhog holes and other creatures. Loved just listening to the water and all the birds chirping! Signal is spotty, but we weren’t there to be on our phones! We will definitely be coming back!

I love this place. The river access is top notch, there is plenty of shade to keep you cool but a nice field for star gazing. I love taking naps in my hammock and exploring this beautiful piece of land. The campground feels so secluded and safe that my group of friends (all female and a 5 month old baby) felt completely secure and at home. There are plenty of well kept porta potties. This is a spot I have camped before and will keep coming back to because quite honestly, it is my favorite spot.

We loved this area! The river was high but we are definitely excited to come back and do it again! We drove two hours to this site and I would highly recommend if you like water tubbing and fishing! Our kids had the best time! We also were treated with hospitality and not being from the area they had given us some great advice! A great time!

We were in a very private spot along the river. Dogs loved it. Good fishing. Damyan made sure to stop in which was great and the overall camp ground is an awesome property! It was a little tricky to get too due to no signage or signal but Damyan did mention wanting to put one up Firewood for sale on site!

From start to finish The Land and Damyan provided a relaxed and beautiful weekend for our Family. The kids enjoyed exploring the land and seeing all the beauty of nature! We enjoyed our little visits from Geese in the morning, spotting deer along the tree line and hearing all the different types of birds! The little extras of wood to purchase and trash being picked up were just icing icing on the cake! Such a beautiful place and will return, hopefully soon!

The site by the river w the swing is gorgeous. I loved staying here. The whole campground is really well maintained and peaceful. I camped by myself and it was a little crowded for what I was going for but I will definitely bring family and friends here for a group campout. Damyan was a great host- I liked his vibe.

Awesome place! Owner is so nice! Right on the river is so peaceful. We will be back here many times! Can’t wait to kayak next time! We also got water from a spring about 1-2 miles down the road from the site.

I thoroughly enjoy tent camping on the Land. Everyone is so friendly, and the sites are well-maintained. It’s easy to locate, and I think it’s the perfect blend of campground and backcountry camping. My dog loves it here too :)

Great spot, would like to visit again. Firewood was provided but it ended up being a bit wet, but that happens. Also, look for the orange cones when trying to find the camp.

Loved the privacy of far bank site. Beautiful spot on the river. My dog and two young kids loved it. Clean porta potties and fire pits and firewood provided. Damyan met us and showed us to our site. Very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for a great stay! Would love to come back again.

This place is definitely one of our new favorites. We stayed at the river front site. No complaints! Private location, with very helpful, welcoming owners. Easy access to our vehicles to unload.
Wonderful weather! The fall leaves were so beautiful. The river was very pleasant to listen to at night.
The porta potty was nice and clean, and the site even came with a trash can and free wood. Very peaceful and shaded in spots.
We will definitely be back in the summer time to go kayaking and fishing here.

I will try to keep this fair but site was not what I expected from a Hipcamp location. Reserved campsite was clean, and the locations port-johns was also very clean. This location provides wood which is nice and hosts were helpful and responsive. Actual campsite location was not bad but surrounding area was cluttered with everything and some trash left around location as well. I will try and provide pictures if review lets me. This location is right on the river but the surrounding area has old campers and cars, entrance could be better marked as well but map posting got us to the entrance (unmarked). If site had been better maintained and was cleaner I think we would have happy with it as it was we didn’t even unpack. Most of my Hipcamp locations have been pristine (working farms, lake areas) this location is not.

The Far Banks site was good, right on the river. It’s a short walk from the main camping area but gives a little bit of seclusion. The owner was very nice and helpful. Also the fire wood is free which was a really nice bonus

This was my second time staying here, and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a secluded river spot. Plenty of firewood, kayaking was super fun, and Damyan and Skyler were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating hosts!
