Tent - FHU

Relaxing & Well-Kept

We loved our stay at Camp HiYo! We didn’t have nearly enough time to check everything out, but our plot was right across from the fishing lake and the misty sunrise was beautiful there. We enjoyed the playground and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Although the tent plots are small and close together, the ones near ours were unoccupied. I hope we’ll return again and actually use the pool and rec room. Thanks for a great stay!

Deluxe Cabin

It was very small. Best for 2 people. We had 4 and we were on top of each other. If I come back it would be in the Deluxe Cabin. Single wide.

Gold Coast 30/50amp 51ft

I have to admit I now shy away from KOAs or any property related because they have gone DOWNHILL. Overall the property was well maintained and the lots were decent size. I did not try the bathhouses out or the game area since I am self contained. I wanted to find about doing 30 days there Oct-Nov but could not get a response from the manager. My one caution was to not get stuck next to the "hot dog trailer" who consumed the area next to my patio..... and I requested to be moved.

Lake Front Sites 45ft

HiYo campgrounds 2👍 up.

Beautiful well kept camp ground. We had lake (pond) front site for a long weekend. The concrete patio, with quality patio chairs, glider, table and gas grill was a very nice touch. Full hook up included. The camp store was well stocked and the host was very friendly and helpful. There is a pool...a small pool for the amount of campers. The wife did enjoy it early mornings before the diaper crowd came... The bathrooms were very clean and up kept, always hot water, though we wondered about the height of the plumber who installed the showers... lol... Fish were caught and released from the pond as well. Highly recommend HiYo campgrounds for families.

Deluxe Cabin

Beautiful cabin with beautiful scenery, quiet Very nice workers and people around us cabin had everything we needed and then some. amazing pool and playground for the kids plus some amenities like a basketball court Not to mention little activities like fishing tournament, cornhole, and bingo! Any amazing weekend

Great campsite. Organized and clean. The pool was wonderful after a long day. There is avaliable ice and firewood to buy plus a little area for billiards and activities. It was pretty busy, so something to think about, but it didn't bother us at all.
