1. 100 % Refund less credit card processing fee if you cancel before 14 days of your arrival date. 50% Refund if you cancel between 14 and 7 days of your arrival date. No Refund if you cancel within 6 days of your arrival date.

3. QUIET TIME. 10 PM - 8 AM
4. CHECK OUT PROCEDURES. Camp must be broken down by 11 AM on departure day. If you stay past time you could be charged for an additional day. Extension possible with pre-approval.
5. All Overnight Guests Must Pay
6. Trash must be taken to the Green Bins located at the lower corner of the upper field
7. No washing vehicles
8. PETS must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pets and do NOT leave them in the campground unattended.

You will find some of the best trout fishing and hiking trails in all of North Carolina at your doorstep. If you are interested in hiking to beautiful waterfalls, fishing in native trout streams, bird watching or star gazing, this is the place for you! And if you need supplies from town, Cashiers is the closest and is about 25 minutes away and Highlands is about a 45 minute drive. Both have great restaurants and shops to check out.
Our gated, gravel driveway is steep and a half mile long. You will need an all-wheel or 4 Wheel drive vehicle to get up the driveway without spinning. There is ample space to turn around to park, but due to the nature of our driveway we limit the length of RV's to no more than 20 feet. What a peaceful little Valley tucked into the North Carolina mountains, and nestled up against Coweta Creek! Although there are four campsites available, our family occupied two and the rest remained unoccupied, making it very peaceful indeed! Adam and Melissa are very gracious hosts, making our stay even more pleasant. As a bonus, they gifted us with two dozen farm fresh eggs from their chickens! We would highly recommend this site as a great getaway!

Incredible RV site. Scenic, accessible, and clean. Jake is an awesome host/owner with genuine hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back in the near future.

It’s hard to understate how idyllic this site is. The host has made a very accommodating space that really makes you feel like you’re lucky to have found it. The view is perfect, as was everything else.
A note about the driveway in. As everyone else has stated in the reviews, 4x4 is not optional, especially if you’re pulling a trailer.
There’s two switchbacks that if you’re not careful you could get in a sticky situation. I drive a f350 with a crew cab and 8ft bed and haul a 15ft trailer (21ft actual with tongue) I don’t know how anything any longer would make it so heed the warnings.

Keith has been great to work with. The site is really nice. It has has full hook-ups, CATV and it's own WIFI. The site is on a catch and release pond. It is also close to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

There was a nice deck with table & chairs and a fire table. We had no problem backing our 24 ft RV into the space with room to spare. Once in place site has a flat space so leveling was no problem. This was our first adventure in our new to us RV and we enjoyed it very much.

Know what you are getting into - this is not a small or secluded campground. It is a large RV park with mostly permanent residents. The sites are small and packed in tightly. There is not an in-ground fire pit - just an above-grade fire bowl (it does accommodate grilling however) - and there is some road noise from the nearby parkway. If you are ok with those conditions then it is otherwise a good RV park with very clean bathhouse and the Owner is very accommodating. This is a great option for an RV stay on a tight budget. For myself I will likely pay more to find a more secluded/traditional campground on my next trip to the Smokies.

This campsite is amazing! The views, the privacy, the hot tub were perfect! The driveway up to it is a little intimidating but my husband made it fine with a 1500 truck and our 17’ R Pod. Just like the listing says, 4wd is a must, but so worth it when you make it to the top! Such a nice place that Lee is sharing with others!
