Coyote Valley Art Farm is 6.67 acres located in the Foothills of the Smoky Mountains nestled between Chattahoochee and Nantahala National Forest in Otto, NC just outside of Franklin NC. You have a private spot all to your self right next to the creek. Our property offers a beautiful mountainous landscape, surrounded by a bold rushing creek and mountains surrounding us on 3 sides. We are a family friendly peaceful and serene environment and strive to keep that vibe for everyone to enjoy, (so no wild parties) We are just a short drive to hiking, waterfalls, breweries, restaurants and shopping. Black Rock Mountain State Park is just up the road, we are a short distance from Highlands and Cashiers, and about a half hour from Tallullah Falls The perfect place to get away sticking your feet in the cold mountain creek and even take one of the many classes we will be offering in jewelry making and blacksmithing. You can view Shannons jewelry and class offerings at https://www.shannonnoelkemetalarts.com/ and instagram @shannon_noelke_metalarts and Roberts instagram @robert_noelke_customs There are therapy horses for autistic children and adults on the neighboring property, so enjoy their beauty from afar. This spot offers a beautiful creekside tent camping site that you can pull your car right up to, or park your Camper/RV. Enjoy the fire pit in the evening while listening to the crickets and the peaceful sounds of flowing water. During the day enjoy some creekside yoga, or bring your fishing pole for some catch and release trout fishing. Just sit back, relax and enjoy yourself. You aren’t too far from the main road but our road is a "No Outlet" road, so there is minimal traffic, especially at night. Fall asleep listening to the creek and the occasional howls of coyotes!! This is bear country so please practice bear safety!!! You might see some deer and turkey, and you may even get to see our neighbor, the beautiful Blue Heron who sometimes makes an appearance. For you bird watchers, looks out for the abundance of beautiful native bird species in our area. Enjoy the evening light show with the beautiful lights of the fireflies. The mountain is just across the street from the main road creek. So much magic around in this hollar!!! There are therapy horses for children and adults on the neighboring property. Please be respectful of our neighbors and horses, no feeding the horses or sneaking into their pasture. Immediate termination of camping if caught doing so. This is a family friendly, serene environment, so no rowdy parties please. We like to keep it peaceful for everyone to enjoy.
