During this phase, guests can enjoy reduced pricing while select amenities are still under construction.
Now open is the resort’s beautiful new Clubhouse, which includes a welcoming reception area, coffee bar, single-serve wine and beer bar, and a well-stocked store offering RV and camping supplies, snacks, beverages, and souvenirs. Additional clubhouse features include restrooms, a laundry facility, area attraction information, customer service, a comfortable common lounge with a 70-inch television, a community bulletin board, and more.
Current amenities include a basketball court, pickleball court, dog park, cornhole, playground and more. In the coming months, guests will also enjoy exciting new additions such as live entertainment, outdoor movies, a zero-entry swimming pool with wet deck and water features, gazebos, landscaped foliage, horseshoes, and expanded sports options including tournaments.
Once construction is fully completed, the resort’s Activities and Entertainment Coordinator will lead a variety of structured activities for all ages throughout the year. We loved the area! So beautiful and peaceful! The host had everything ready for us and we didn’t run into big issues. However the ad said 6 people max and I think that’s a little misleading. It was just 2 of us and there was not a lot of room in the camper. It would be a good spot for more people who brought tents to put up outside the camper. Again we enjoyed it and I recommend, just be aware of the amount of space inside.

Robert was very friendly and has a beautiful piece of land. We have a popup camper and needed a place to stay for the night and found this gem. It’s perfectly between Greensboro and Charlotte and a great spot to relax and enjoy nature. There is a pond, bountiful wildlife, and even a few outdoor pianos! If you’re on you’re way through or looking for a relaxing getaway then I highly recommend staying here vs the busier campsites nearby.

Teresa was a great host and has a lovely piece of property on the lake. the fhu campsite is a bit tricky to get into if you have a larger camper, but we did just fine. she met us at the driveway and walked us thru what we needed to do. we had a peekaboo view of the lake from the camper. the site was level side to side but a bit downhill. we had no issue getting level with our 28 ft tt. it’s a short walk down the hill to the dock behind her home.
